Within our office, Highpoint Dental Care offers free dental work to disadvantaged men, women, and children each year. Our office personally organizes 'Highpoint Heros,' an event where we dress up as superheroes and volunteer to treat children in the Aurora are free of charge. Dr.Baltz was nominated as '2017 Volunteer of the Year' by his Metro Denver Dental Society peers. Our office donates money to the community, local public schools, and children 's sports. We love seeing smiles in the community and maintain a strong intention to continue this trend.
How can I serve you today? My name is Dr. Justin Baltz. I love meeting people and exceeding their expectations with dental care and customer service. No matter the reason for your visit, my goal is to have you leave feeling better about your smile. There are a million ways to make fix a tooth, create a healthy smile, and replace missing teeth, but there is only one of you and your needs are unique. As a dentist of over 10 years and a nervous dental patient myself, I strive to provide gentle, friendly dentistry in a comfortable environment using modern techniques, quality materials, and working with experienced, dedicated staff. In the end, it isnt about what we said or did, but rather, its about how we made you feel.
I graduated in 2006 with high honors from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a degree in Biochemistry. I completed my dental education in 2010 at Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating summa cum laude. As much as I loved the Dairy State (Wisconsin), I was ready to start a life in Colorado, surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountains. After working for three and a half years with talented dental mentors, I took an associate position at Highpoint Dental Care and became partner three years later. I have taken over 500 hours of continuing education to provide general dental services and specialty dental needs includingdental implants,cosmetic dentistry, root canals, dental prosthetics, and pediatric dentistry. Credentials aside, the most important part of your dental care is that you feel trust in our office and comfort in our chairs. It is a myth that we lose teeth as we get older, and I would love to help you keep your teeth healthy for your entire life.
Dr. Baltz has served on international dental missions in India with Global Dental Relief and Nicaragua with Western Surgical and Sedation. Serving his local community, Dr. Baltz has volunteered three times with Colorado Mission of Mercy and once with Wisconsin Mission of Mercy. He has appeared twice on the 9 News Health Line to provide free advice to callers with dental questions. To help underserved kids, Dr. Baltz has participated in both Give Kids a Smile and Head Start program in Colorado and Wisconsin.
He has previously held memberships with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and the New Dentist Committee (NDC). Dr. Baltz served as a Board member for the Metro Denver Dental Society from 2017-2019. He also serves on the Mountain West Dental Institute Continuing Education Committee, which is responsible for bringing renowned dental speakers to the Denver area to educate our states dentist. Lastly, Dr. Baltz serves annually as a delegate at the states Legislative Day to ensure successful dental policy be maintained in our state.
Dr. Baltz married the love of his life, Aryana Baltz-Saeid, in the winter outdoors of Breckenridge, CO in 2018. She is teaching him to speak some Kurdish, although he is much better at Spanish. They enjoy traveling within the state to go biking or 4-wheeling and international in attempt to see the worlds Seven Wonders. They enjoy cycling, snowboarding, and being active outdoors. No kids just yet (only 2 cats), but looking forward to building our family here in Colorado!
Hi! My name is Nikita Singh, and I'm extremely honored to be a dentist at Highpoint Dental Care. I chose to be a part of this office because we have the most hard-working and knowledgeable team that goes above and beyond to help take care of the dental needs of our patients. At our office, we are passionate about helping people understand why certain dental problems arose, educating patients on how to prevent future problems, providing options for patients so that they can choose a plan that will best suit their individual needs, answering all of our patients' questions and closely working with labs to provide the best possible results. I love being a dentist because I have the unique opportunity to help patients out of pain, improve smiles, and educate patients on proper oral hygiene and nutrition, which ultimately contribute significantly to their overall oral and general health.
Prior to working for Highpoint Dental Care, I provided dentistry to wheelchair-bound residents within nursing home communities, and took care of patients many other dentists were unwilling to treat or see. I was able to provide dental care to senior residents by calmly reassuring them and delivering dental care with a compassionate and gentle touch. I chose to leave that side of the profession in order to develop long lasting relationships with patients and provide a dental home to residents and their families within a community, where I can help transform their teeth, maintain their dental health over time, and also help their loved ones achieve their dental goals. My desire is to be the dentist that patients look forward to seeing and can trust.
Being able to give back to the community is also a huge passion of mine and one of the main reasons for pursuing dentistry in the first place. I have participated in the Smiles For Everyone Foundation, the Dallas Shared Ministries, the Hope Clinic. Bi-annual free sealant and prophy days, the GRACE foundation, and a mission trip to Jamaica where free dental care was provided to the underserved community. Going forward, it is my plan to continue participating in programs that benefit the underserved Colorado communities and the communities abroad.
Furthermore, I am a continued education enthusiast, who believes being a great dentist requires constant learning. Being able to continuously grow as a dentist and incorporate new technologies and advanced techniques are some my main goals as a dentist and being a part of Highpoint Dental Care allows me to fulfill those goals. In addition, I'm part of the Academy of General Dentistry, I stay up to date on current literature and guidelines, and I continue to partner with specialists to implement dentistry on a specialist scale.
As far as my education, I graduated with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Psychology, a minor in Spanish, and a 4 year membership within the Pre-dental society. I scored in the 99th percentile in my Dental Admissions Test and received my DDS degree (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from the University of Texas A&M College of Dentistry, previously known as Baylor College of Dentistry. Upon graduating, I moved to wonderful city of Denver to enjoy all the activities the rocky mountains has to offer. In our free time, my husband, sweet dog, and I like to be outside in any shape or form, whether it be hiking, biking, snowboarding, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, or just playing frisbee at the park.
