Dr. Shannon is a graduate of The Ohio State University where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She understands the problems and pain oral and maxillo-facial issues can cause and strives to eliminate them at every opportunity. She has worked extensively with special needs and in pediatrics and is very skilled in working through dental fears and phobias.

I am TERRIFIED of dentist. My last dentist passed away and I neglected myself for the last 4 yrs. I came today to HighMark Dental and made them aware of my anxiety, and they were AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for the love you have shown me. I will be referring you to many. See you soon for my upcoming procedures.

I absolutely love visiting places that deserve great reviews. Highmark Dental made a scary uncertain dentist visit, feel welcoming and so inviting. Not only did that make me feel like family, they educated me in areas that no other dentist has before. I highly recommend 10/10 experience. If you or anyone you know is looking for a qualified and personable dentist then look no further!

Can you I get an AMEN, I feel in love with this amazing office clinic staff, from entry to exit your not only treated with respect and care, but your concerns are not only addressed but they handle you with care as if they are caring for there own family member. I went in as a new patient emergency tooth ache and left feeling better, knowing it would be handled, from many options given to help me to the antibiotics prescribed. And the simplicity that I was typing to communicate they understood well and knew my pain. Thank you and see your amazing staff soon, making this place my permanent dentist and I am driving from the city to come here.

The best Dentist I've ever encountered!!! Love the full staff! Everyone is so nice & actually cares about the patients. I got my tooth pulled yesterday & they treated me like the baby I was lol 30 years old and I was terrified. They made sure, I was numb enough, even put me on some gospel music to make me more comfortable! When I tell you Dr. Shannon Skiba talked to me the entire time, it distracted me from what she was doing (extracting my tooth) I didn't feel a thing & I recommend this office to any and everyone ! She pulled so tooth so quick & calm

My daughter and I visited the Clayton county location for the first time. The staff was so inviting and nice during our visits. They provided information and concerns about our dental needs and treatment and it was overall a pleasant visit and will be our dentist while we're in and near this location. Great staff and atmosphere!

I hate going to the dentist, but Highmark Dental, Dr Shannon, and her amazing team of polite professionals made it worthwhile! The welcoming candy bowl was an added treat as well. Thank you for actually talking to me about healthy dental practices and not making me feel ashamed about my dental issues. I will certainly be back to maintain and go further with my new pearly whiites!

I was very pleased with the professionalism in the front office as well as with the back. They took X-rays, showed me my problem areas and explained to me exactly what was going on and created a plan. I definitely recommend them to the fullest!

I needed an emergency extraction as my tooth was abscessed. I found Highmark and they had good reviews so, I called. Staff was super friendly and helpful! They are affordable, even when they don't accept my insurance. I was able to get an appointment within two days of calling. My extraction was painless and I'm having a good recovery! Thank you Highmark! Highly Recommend!

I will recommend this dentist office. They are thee most sweetest staff I have ever encounter. They make you feel very welcome. And Dr Skiba is the best of all best! Very sweet person! Come and get the best of all the best in Jonesboro Ga which is High Mark Dental.
