Dr. Albert knew he always wanted a career in healthcare. He obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology at UCLA in 2007. Afterwards, he graduated from NYU, College of Dentistry receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2013.
He and his wife moved to Houston, TX in 2015, and immediately fell in love with the city. They loved the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the great food the city had to offer. In 2018, they opened Highline Dental to provide affordable, quality dental care in Richmond, TX.
Jackie is Dr. Alberts wife and business partner. She has been involved with Highline Dental since it opened in 2018, but officially joined the team in 2020. She left the non-profit public health sector and brought her background in healthcare administration to ensure the office is running smoothly and patients are always met with the highest standard of care. She loves being part of their dynamic team and genuinely enjoys getting to know her patients.
Leeana is a proud Texan born in the Richmond area. She loves her community and tries to give back to her community. Her biggest inspiration is her mother, who is the strongest person she knows and taught her the value of hard work and compassion.
Tyn has lived in Houston for over ten years and loves her Richmond community. Dentistry is the perfect blend of her strong background in science and passion for the arts. Tyn has been a hygienist for over a decade and values the impact she makes in her patients lives.
Outside of the office, Tyn is a loving wife and proud mom. She continues to use her hand skills as an artist specializing in crafting and fiber arts. Be sure to say Hello the next time you catch her at an art market in-the-loop or drop her a follow @tyntedesigns!
Her hobbies include hiking and enjoying the natural landscape. She desires to hike the amazing trails of the Grand Canyon, someday. She also enjoys visiting coffee shops, watching French movies, and learning about French culture.

My siblings had an appointment with Dr. Kim today and it went really good. The staff is so nice and so is the Dr. He examined their teeth carefully and suggested the required procedures. Would recommend to all.

We found this new Dentist near Aliana for our family. Both me and my wife got cleaning, x-ray, examination done. Really great service. Very clean and facility with new equipments. staff and dentist both were really good. we also took our 2yr old for his first dentist visit and it went great. i will recommend if you looking for new dentist in this area.

Dr Albert and his entire staff are the kindest and friendliest people ever. Dr Albert definitely cares about keeping you comfortable while he is working on you and asks you several times while he is working on you if you are okay. If not okay, he will give you more numbing agent. Before I moved to this neighborhood, I was leary about getting a new dentist because I thought I had the best there was. But Dr Albert is even better and I thank God every day that I found him.

Dr. Albert, Kim is the best dentist in our neighborhood. My family and I feel so blessed to have him as our dentist. He is very competent, compassionate and honest. The best part which, I personally admire is that he takes good enough time to explain everything in detail and very though with treatment. Everyone in his office is very professional and caring. After such an amazing experience of last few years for my immediate family, my five extended families have chosen him as their primary dentist. Couldn't ask more. I had an appointment on August 30th and had an extremely pleasant experience! Dr. Kim and his staff are the best. They are very attentive, nice, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are also very professional and extremely efficient and well organized. Dr. Kim was very patient and took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. The office was very nice, clean, modern, and the equipment was state of the art. An added benefit is that the office is only 3 miles from my home the prices were very reasonable. The customer service was excellent! This was the best dental visit I have ever had. I highly recommend this facility!!!

A friend just left this location using a special for "No Insurance", whikr yhe dentist recommended a regular cleaning, the dental hygienist indicated a deep cleaning. So basically, you pay for x-rays and nothing else!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean and modern facility with minimal wait time. It was my toddlers first time at the dentist and Dr. Albert was patient and gentle with him. My son was not afraid and is actually looking forward to his next visit. Will continue to visit Highline Dental for future dental needs.
