Great Dentistry. All the staff that I have come into contact with have been excellent. I am glad they are practicing in Highlands Ranch and apart of the HR community. They truly care about people.

Only rating a 3 because I never got a chance to get past reception. Made my appointment for early morning (like I have for several decades). Received a text msg for appt confirmation with a wrong name and in the afternoon. I didn't have a chance to call back to clarify (my issue not theirs). I did arrive at the time I had scheduled and explained that I was not sure if I even had an appt. The system had my name wrong and for the afternoon. The receptionist was not at all empathetic to the miscommunication. Only assistance I was offered was to schedule 30 minutes earlier. No apologies, no assurance that this would not happen again. I would have been willing to accept the afternoon appt if there was any concern or empathy. I am sure the dentist is excellent but I will never know. I scheduled an appointment with another dentist whose team can make an appointment.
