I've been going to Jackie the hygienist for 8 years. She's amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else even though I live in Parker now! Also, this place has very competitive prices.

I am so beyond frustrated with this dental office. They have continuously harrassed me with a bill from 2020 where they failed to send to my insurance company for a simple cleaning. I called to find out what this was for and why I am being charged for this cleaning that my insurance covers. NOBODY could answer that. Every person said they would re-send it to my insurance and when I would call to follow up, the person answering would insult the previous person and say they no longer worked there. I have since moved out of state and here we are 2 years later and I am still getting this same bill. However, now the new bill's date of service has magically changed to a date when I didn't even live in the state any longer! I spoke with the office manager Lisa previous to this recent bill where she stated that this should have never happened and this would be written off since it was over 2 years ago. Update: Lisa did end up taking care of this bill after another attempt at giving their office another call to figure it out. I'm not pleased with how long this took, but she was the only one that was willing to keep trying to fix this issue and for that I am grateful

Horrible service!!! I made an appointment two months ago, they kept changing my schedule. And when I called them to check, I hadn't even finished talking, the lady hanged out of me. That's soooo rude!

BEWARE! This was definitely a bait and switch experience. My 18 year old daughter received a set of X-rays and a cleaning for cheap and after the procedure the dentist told her with a stern face that she needed to take care of her teeth better and she had 11 cavities and needed 1 tooth extracted. What a nightmare, she felt so bad about herself. A couple of weeks later I transferred her X-rays to another reputable dentist and when she had her appointment he told her that the X-rays showed varies "cavity-like" impurities most likely caused by braces which she had removed not too long ago, and that these impurities could be easily fixed over time with a good tooth brush and toothpaste. Also he was not able to identify a tooth in need of extraction. He said that it would be unconscionable to drill deeply into all these teeth just to remove a little bit of debris. He also mentioned that what the dentist did during my initial visit was not exactly illegal but definitely unethical and this was not uncommon with corporate chains. The entire visit cost $80 plus $100 for a Sonicare toothbrush compared to the $4,000 I was quoted by the first dentist. Be careful!

I used to avoid the dentist but it's not since I've been going here. Very friendly staff who takes very good care of me. They're sensitive to my sensitive teeth and I appreciate that.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!! Dishonest and predatory financial practices. I had 2 appointments in 2021. Highlands Ranch Dental Group contacted me about a month ago (2022) stating I owed them money for an appointment in March of 2021. This was my first time hearing about this money. I asked why they didn't inform me during my appointment in August of 2021 about this issue. The receptionist didn't know and admitted that I should have been notified at the August Appointment before receiving treatment. Additionally, after leaving the August appointment, I was told that I was "squared away". They straight up lied to me on top of the fact I received no letters or written communication of any kind on this. I went about my life, moved away and I suddenly got called up and harassed by their office about this money I owe them and that If I didn't pay it right away, it would go to collections. I AM LIVID. Go to any other dentist.

Came in 15 minutes early and the first thing I was treated with was "We didn't think you were coming in." I asked why and it was because my number didn't load appropriately. Just thought maybe "Welcome how has your day been?" Or some other form of a welcoming greeting. What's odd is I had left messages to book an appointment before and never heard back, called in to schedule, and was directed to the online sight. So maybe patients truly are an inconvenience to this office. I get my first X-ray done and the front desk Caesar, who was very condescending in how he talked to me, came to alert me that my insurance coverage was not active. He seemed almost excited. I told him my coverage was through WellNet that bills through Cigna. All doctors that are under the Cigna plan are covered under mine. It's a Cigna plan through WellNet. He was more interested in some party coming up for a coworker and what day they should do it and who should get invited. The office seemed slow and run down and odd they didn't want a patient. We came to the conclusion that I should just visit a different dentist. I had already come to that conclusion prior, but hung around simply because I wanted to prove to him I did have coverage and maybe listening to the client more than the employee chatter would benefit him. Very sad that the actual doctor in this situation was not even allowed to make an impact on my experience and view of this place. I can assure I will not be able to recommend others here from my sampling.

They only schedule 2 to 3 months out. They also take many days to forward my dental records to a different dental office. TOO busy - Bad customer care.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Obviously hate the dentist, and coming here has made it a lot easier. Kayla is super gentle and really the best dental hygienist I have ever had.

Today was my first appointment at this office and I received nothing but amazing service and smiles. I went in because of tooth pain, and I left the office with a clear care plan. I definitely can't wait to get everything taken care of and everyone in the office has made me excited to come back! Thank you!

Wonderful first experience! They gave me a tour, were very thorough with x-rays, cleaning( more than other dentists I have been to before) and very knowledgeable. Dr. Wilkins took time to show me on the x-rays an abscess from a previous root canal that had been missed by two other previous dentists and was the source of my pain. They set me up with a plan that I feel was very reasonable. Try them out, they get it!
