No one loves to go to the dentist especially for a root canal but if you have to this is the place to go!!! Everyone there was super nice and helpful from Erin at the front desk to Carol the dental assistant!!! Dr. Buxt was amazing!

All supporting staff were so helpful in making one welcomed and cared for. Dr.Buxt is very caring as well as having exceeding skill to perform a difficult procedure.

Dr. Buxt is the absolute best endodontist in the DFW area... I'd even say in Texas! I worked as a dental assistant when I was younger for 7 years and assisted Dr. Buxt over 8 years ago for a little over a year. His ethics as a dentist, his bedside manner and his explanations to patients are top notch. I never saw such detailed and amazing work with any other dentist I assisted. When I came up with a problem with a tooth of mine, there was nowhere else I wanted to go! Drove an hour to see him and his staff -- all exceptional! No one has a desire to get a root canal but anyone is lucky to get that care with Dr. Buxt and his staff!

Very friendly staff. Dr. Buxt explained the procedure and answered all my questions. He displayed a calm, professional manner and gave me detailed instructions for post-operative care.

Awesome office. Never felt anything while getting numbing shots or as they drilled for a root canal. Politeness between Dr. Buxt and assistant Carol was nice to hear. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed by the professionalism, attentiveness, and thoroughness of Dr. Buxt and the entire staff! Dr. Buxt took time to explain several treatment plans, their benefits and drawbacks, and the financial ramifications of each. I cannot recommend this office enough.

I'm so excited to get a root canal! Said noone EVER! Dr. Buxt and his team, specifically Dr. Buxt, Alyssa and Erin were amazing. They were patient, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Baltazar, was incredible, and turned what I thought was going to be a dreadful experience, into a pleasant experience (yes I said pleasant!) I would highly recommend this team to others.

Due to poor dental work by another practitioner some years back and some bad luck, I've worked with Dr. Buxt and his staff several times now, and I have always been pleased by the staff's kindness and empathy, along with Dr. Buxt's attention to detail, listening skills, and dedication. I've worked with many dental specialists, and he is simply lovely, and so are his warm and caring staff.

Absolutely stellar work. Was in terrible tooth pain and needed a root canal on very short notice and they worked me in same day, which meant a great deal to me. The quality of the work was excellent, and the staff and dentist were very nice as well. A few days later I realized that filling was a little too high when my jaw was closed and that I needed to get the filling reshaped slightly. They took care of it free of charge and got me in right away. Same fantastic care as before. This is what dentists should be like. There is a free parking garage under the building, it's not super clear from the outside.

Never thought I would see the day that I would give a root canal 5 stars, but here I am. Dr. Buxt and his staff have been nothing short of amazing. On time appointments, thorough explanations, and a quick and painless root canal procedure. Highly recommend this office.

My experience was wonderful as I had severe pain & I was able to get this dental problem resolved. A needed root canal was diagnosed & done the same day so I did not have to wait & continue in pain. So with great skill & little discomfort I got the relief I needed! Thank you, I so appreciate the excellent care I received!

Very easy scheduling, efficient and friendly front office staff. Insurance was accepted and filed on my behalf, Only out of pocket required. Dr. Choate and his Dental Nurses/Assistants were extremely efficient and caring. The root canal therapy and procedure was done immediately (within 30 minutes) after the initial diagnosis was made so an additional appointment was not required. Minimal discomfort during and after the procedure. All in all, an excellent experience with caring staff.

OVERPRICED!!!! OVERPRICED!!!! OVERPRICED!!!! NOT up front with total cost of my root canal even though I called several days before I drove all the way there for my appointment. They confirmed my dental insurance was in network and the cost would be $512. Upon arrival, they asked me to pay $940 due to NUMEROUS hidden fees that were not mentioned up front. I wouldnt have been upset if they had told me the ACTUAL cost up front, instead of being manipulative just so they could get me into their office. Also the front office assistant had ZERO compassion or empathy!!! She was extremely caddy and I would NOT recommend this office to anyone unless you like being given the run-around!
