Dr. Smith was born in Murray, Utah. He spent his childhood here in the Salt Lake Valley and Arlington, Texas. He lived in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil for 2 years serving a church mission. After returning to Utah, he obtained his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University in 2002.
He attended the University of Louisville in Kentucky for his doctorate degree with internships in pediatric dentistry at the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital and the University of Colorado. He has practiced in the areas of Sandy, Draper, West Jordan and Millcreek, Utah. Dr. Smith has been practicing dentistry in Utah since 2006.
Dr. Craig Smith is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and Salt Lake Dental Association. He was also the team dentist for the Utah Blaze arena football team when they played in Utah from 2010-2013

Donna has been in the dental field for over 30 years and loves being one of the first people patients see. She was born and raised in Missouri and now calls Utah her home for the past 35 years. She has been married to her husband John for 33 years and has raised 4 children and 4 grandchildren whom she adores. She loves spending time with her family and camping anywhere and anytime her motorhome will take her.
Dustin grew up in the Cottonwood Heights area and attended Brighton High School. After 17+ years of dental experience, he prides himself on knowing the details of your insurance. He goes to great lengths to answer any questions you might have about your dental experience or insurance. Married for 23 years to his wife Amber and has 2 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
Amelia was born in American Fork, UT, but currently lives in Millcreek with her husband of 20 years. She graduated at the top of her class in dental assisting from Eagle Gate College. She enjoys being outdoors and spending her free time with her family. Caring for our patients and their comfort is her greatest concern. She has a dog named Zoey.
Debbie was an assistant for 10 years and then became a dental hygienist in 1995. She graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science. She is so excited to be a part of this practice with the rest of the staff to give the utmost care for each individual that comes into the office. She enjoys being a hygienist and really enjoys treating patients. She has high energy and enjoys the great outdoors Utah has to offer. She loves skiing, kayaking, dirt biking, and scuba diving with her family. Debbie is here on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Emily is one of our experienced dental hygienists with her degree in Dental Hygiene from Western Career College in San Jose, CA. She is a Utah native who grew up in Fruit Heights, UT. After getting married in 2004, she lived in the Bay Area of California and Idaho. She has returned to the beautiful mountains of Utah as she, her husband, and 2 kids thrive on being in the outdoors. She loves being a hygienist and getting to know each patient.
Lisa relocated to Herriman, UT in 2010 from Kalamazoo, Michigan. She graduated from Ferris State University in Michigan with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. She has been a practicing hygienist for 26 years and is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. She attributes her greatest accomplishment as her son Jordan. Lisas goal is to provide exceptional preventative care and oral hygiene instruction to ensure patients optimal dental health and well being. Lisa is here Monday through Friday.
Richelle has been working in the dental field since 1999 and as a hygienist since 2007. She loves all her patients and enjoys catching up on their lives at each visit. She enjoys helping patients achieve clean, healthy, and beautiful smiles. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her husband and three children, traveling, reading, and cooking. Richelle is here on Wednesdays.
Sijani was born and raised in Nepal. She moved to Utah to pursue higher education. Moving to a different country away from home and family was difficult, but her goals kept her motivated. She has an associate from Salt Lake Community College in Dental Hygiene, a BS from Dixie State University, and a Masters of Public Administration from SUU. She also teaches as a clinical and didactic adjunct professor at SLCC since 2015. She loves to educate patients and her students on the importance of oral health. When not working, she loves spending time with her husband, her two beautiful girls, and her fur baby. Sijani is here Thursdays and Fridays.
Dr. Kim Roberts was raised in Seattle, Washington. After graduating from high school, he moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University, where he received his BS degree in biology in 1978. He took a break from his undergraduate studies to serve a church mission in Texas.
Upon graduating from dental school in 1984 from the University of Washington in Seattle, Dr. Roberts was appointed a Dental Officer in the Reserve Corps of the United States Public Health Service. He was stationed in New Mexico for two years working with the Navajo people. In 1986, Dr. Roberts relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, and since that time has practiced in various areas throughout the valley. Since 1995, Dr. Roberts has practiced general dentistry in the Holladay, Utah area. He strives to provide the best care possible to improve the lives of our patients.
Dr. Roberts takes pride in working with a highly experienced, skilled, and caring staff. They provide a full range of dental services including cosmetic dentistry, implant surgery and restoration, dentures, crown and bridge, periodontal treatment, soft tissue laser treatment, root canals, and childrens dentistry.
Because of the need to remain current on new advancements in dentistry, Dr. Roberts regularly attends continuing education and has received additional training in areas such as laser surgery, implants, oral surgery, periodontics (gum treatments), endodontics (root canals), and occlusion. He is a member of the American Dental Association and has participated in presentations to schools on smokeless tobacco.
Dr. Roberts used to reside in the Salt Lake Valley with his wife; they have three children and one granddaughter. When he isnt working to improve your smile, he enjoys mountain biking, running, music, gardening, and reading. Dr. Roberts retired in December 2019 after joining offices with Highland Heights Dental. His patients are currently seen by Dr. Smith.
