I am Dr. Gregory Dorsett and I am very excited to be moving back home to Prosser. I was raised in Prosser by my parents Richard and Rose Dorsett and graduated from Prosser High School in 2002. I attended Washington State University and graduated from there in 2006. I did my dental education at the University of Washington as part of the inaugural RIDE program doing my first and part of my fourth year of school in Spokane in conjunction with Eastern Washington University. After dental school, I purchased a dental practice in Kennewick and practiced there from 2013-2017. I married my wife Angela in December of 2016 and we are the proud parents of two wonderful young boys, John who is 3, and Stephen who just turned 1 in November. We have spent the last 3 years living and working in the Poulsbo area near Bremerton where my wife grew up and her parents still are. We will greatly miss the proximity to Olympic National Park and Sluys Bakery! We are moving to the original homesite of my great grandparents from when they moved to Prosser from Montana. We are very excited to do some small scale farming on the site. We brought our Newfoundland dog Duke and our cat Pumpkin with us. We even brought our flock of chickens. We are looking forward to more gardening, more fruit trees, and more farm animals. I was a patient as a kid in Dr. Grows practice and recognize the outstanding care that has been provided by all the staff at Highland Family Dentistry through the years. I look forward to continuing that commitment to excellence and family-friendly dentistry for years to come. I am looking forward to the opportunity to either reconnect or meet each of you as I help to provide for your dental needs.

Our patients, far and away, are the best part of my work day. I look forward to catching up on whats been happening since their last visit, sharing stories, and strengthening our bonds. I also enjoy welcoming new patients and families to our practice and making sure they feel at home while here. I prepare and review treatment plans with patients. I also create insurance estimates, handle pre-determinations, and oversee monthly billing. Like the rest of the Highland Family Dentistry team, Im here to help and love doing so!
Ive lived in Prosser for more than 20 years. My wonderful husband Randy and I have two grown children and a young granddaughter, Addison, whos the light of our lives. When not at work, I can be found helping out at church, babysitting Addison, or walking our family dog.
I love seeing clean, healthy mouths and bright smiles! Our patients are some of the best people in the world and Im happy to help them attain great oral health. Working one-on-one with patients, I listen to their concerns and goals. I enjoy educating my patients and addressing their concerns while Im cleaning their teeth and providing preventive care. Each patient has their own dental concerns, so I focus on what they can do to develop better dental hygiene and make their mouth and body healthier as a result!
I genuinely care about every patient. I became a dental hygienist because I wanted to be a healthcare provider. The mouth is part of the body and theres a strong connection between oral and overall health. I love knowing that Im not only making smiles prettier, but making my patients healthier and wiser, too! I clean teeth and administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide. A lot of my time is spent teaching patients about their dental health and how they can take control of it. I love seeing a healthy smile at a recall visit!
Im currently a stay-at-home wife and mother and on my weekends I like to work with Dr. Grow and the Highland Family Dentistry team. My husband and I are enjoying being new parents to a healthy son. We also have a golden retriever, whos the best dog we could hope for and was our first baby!

Dr Barrett is a very skilled & knowledgeable dentist with a friendly & honest chair side manner. If you need quality dental work then Highland Dental is your place! Also the staff at Highland Dental is very friendly & professional.

Dr. Cutler has done several procedures for me now, including two crowns. When I have had a concern, Dr. Cutler is quick to address it and I have been very happy with the service I have received both by the doctor and his capable, friendly staff. Now that Dr. Barrett has joined Highland Dental, I continue to be happy with my dental service. I am currently in mid-process with an implant and it has been pain free and going fine. Lacey, my Dental Hygienist, is thorough and a makes my cleaning a delightful experience. Never a wait for appointments too, which I very much appreciate. Thank you Highland Dental!! 4/19 Once again a postive experience at Highland Dental. Always a joy to see Lacey, my dental hygenist, who makes a terrified person like me, most comfortable. I appreciate Dr. Barrett's thoroughness and he explains things to me in language I can understand. Thanks Kids!!

He has single handedly rebuilt most of my teeth and now I have a better quality of life and can enjoy eating again with a gorgeous smile on my face as I chew! His staff is,by far the best group of professionals that cater to everyone's needs with the time and concern that any patient could hope for.
