Dr. Long received her dental degree at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
She is Invisalign certified for orthodontics, and she also offers Early Interceptive Orthodontic treatment. She has completed advanced courses focusing on Endodontics (Root Canal treatment), Periodontics (Gums), Crowns, Veneers, Bridges, and Dental implantology. Dr. Long is certified to use the Diode Laser. She also has her certification to place IMTEC Sendax Mini Dental Implants, along with Ankylos Dental Implants. Both Dr. Long, and her dental assistant are certified to offer Oral Sedation.
'I feel rewarded and truly successful when I can help my patients feel better about themselves. I want my patients to know that I will put their best interests first. I love when my patients say things like 'That was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had.' This lets me feel rewarded and I know that I am doing things right.'

I had my cleaning today and just like always it was great. Been going to Highland Family Dentistry for 6 years. The staff is so customer friendly! And I love Dr. Long! I highly recommend this office!

Staff is efficient, friendly and very thorough. The facility is clean and welcoming. My concerns were addressed and I did not feel like any one was rushing my treatment to get to the next patient. Highly recommended.

Just finished my second Appointment for phases of the dental work I needed. Dr. Miller is great, doesn't do anything not needed. Both of my appointments he didn't have to do what was expected, less was needed. Very happy with the office all around!!!
