Dr. Lisa Prasad attended Gannon University and graduated in 1994 with her undergraduate degree. In 1998 Dr. Prasad earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. She completed her General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in 1999 and has been practicing General Dentistry for the past 16 years.
Dr. Rollin Prasad has been practicing General Dentistry for 16 years. He began his education at Lehigh University where he earned his undergraduate degree in 1994. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. After completing dental school, Dr. Prasad completed a General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York.
At Highland Dental we go to great lengths to meet each patient's individual needs. With 32 years of combined experience, we understand the anxiety of visiting the Dentist that many people experience. Each patient receives a comprehensive initial examination that includes all necessary radiographs so that we can provide detailed treatment options. It is important to us that our patients are well informed so that they are able to make educated treatment decisions that will affect their dental health, which is our number one priority.

Very thankful to Kelsey and the dentist for seeing my daughter still, after we had an address mixup & went to the wrong place. So thankful we didn't have to reschedule, it's been a few months waiting for the appointment.

I went in today for X-rays and when I was getting my teeth checked the lady made a comment about my age and how bad my teeth were while laughing. If she would have asked me beforehand then she would have known that I have something wrong with my teeth but instead she jumped to conclusions and actually made me tear up while I was in the chair.

Rude receptionist. Very quick and cold attitude like I was a problem from the start even though I tried apologizing for being late. Asked for clarification because she wouldn't be direct with me and she just gave me attitude and rescheduled me for another 3 months from now. I'll be cancelling and going somewhere where they are clear, polite, and have more than 30 seconds to talk to you like a human being. Last time I was here with my friend with autism, his traveling surgeon who was hosted here treated him like garbage and screamed him out of the office. Everyone who works here sounds miserable.

I do not recommend anyone going to this office . Find another dentist . This office has no ethics. I called my insurance company from their office to request a new dentist. I received no services. Over a panaramic 37$ x-ray. Wouldn't answer my questions . Personally I don't think they know dentistry. This was my first visit. Don't go to this dentist.

I would not recommed this place for a number of reasons. It is common for people to be apprehensive going to the dentist. They barely spoke to me and did nothing to make me feel comfortable. One of the female hygienists made a big mistake on my partial denture liner (which I felt was intentional) They did not give me all of my options before telling me that I needed a bridge that I could not afford. One of the female hygienists had bad body odor.

I had cavities filled and it caused nerve damage. They told me it could last for months. Ive called multiple times asking for something as simple as a steroid. I can barely talk without feeling like my face is being electrocuted. They are incompetent. Now I have to go to a specialist and see if they can do anything about the nerve damage.

I had cavities filled and it caused nerve damage. They told me it could last for months. Ive called multiple times asking for something as simple as a steroid. I can barely talk without feeling like my face is being electrocuted. They are incompetent. Now I have to go to a specialist and see if they can do anything about the nerve damage.

My appointment wasn't until 9:45 I was 5 mins late and the receptionist was rude and told me I needed to reschedule after I explained I got caught up at my other appointment. Won't be returning.

My boyfriend went here to get his teeth removed, we were there for hours and he was the last patient of the day. Everyone else getting the same procedure took about 45 minutes, the doctor only took 20 minutes on my boyfriend. The next few days after were horrible. I had to take him to the hospital because of complications. He was only prescibed like ibuprofen, that were huge, so he couldnt even swallow them. I called this office several times to ask for advice and help because he was in so much pain but we got no other medications and no help whatsoever.

Amazing staff, always feel very welcomed when I have an appointment! I was very scared of dentists for years! But they made me feel so comfortable, I'm no longer scared! Lisa Parsad is great at her job!

Went here for the first time 8 months ago. I thought everything was fine and had a filling done but found out after a check up that the filling they had filled was substance that could not be unidentified when I had a dentist in the family check on it, it's possible it's been like this since then. I am very upset and not happy and was wondering why I was so much in pain. The female doctor is incompetant. Not sure about the male or if he knows what's going on.

I've been to many different dentists in my life. Not one of them consistently and willingly treated me as well as they do at Highland Dental. Every single encounter I've had has been wonderful.
