I was a patient for many years with no complaints until they changed management. My husband was unsuccessful when trying to schedule for cleaning and treatment. There was a big turnover, first they lost the dentist then several hygienist followed by the office staff all had been there for years. They don't return calls when leaving a message to schedule an appointment. I was billed for bitwings X-rays that were covered but they filled under my old insurance. They had not entered my insurance information I had given them at my appointment. I called and again gave them the insurance information but they didn't file immediately and now the time frame for coverage has elapsed. The insurance told me that they are supposed to write it off and I shouldn't be liable. They had turned me in to collections, I explained the situation and they quit billing me. The office manager had said that it's a corporate decision and corporate refused to call me saying I am responsible. It used to be a fun office with several great staff members and hygienist. While the actual orthodontist may be wonderful, the front end staff leaves more to be desired. I have been trying to reschedule my son's appointment for the last week and a half. I have left messages and I even emailed! No one has called me back. If it weren't for this being one of his last appointments before his braces are removed, I would've left along time ago! Communication and call returns have got to get better. I am doing all of the legwork!

Do not go here. They claim to see children, will schedule the appointment, take your money, then upon the appointment will not give you all the services. We just came for x-rays and a first time checkup. They apologized and told us we could comeback to try to do the x-rays, then 1 hour before the time they told us not to come and they will not see us. Thank goodness I only had to deal with them for a short amount of time, not years...

I have never been to a Dentistry that made me as comfortable as I was on today . I walked in the office scared as an infant going to the dentist for the 1st time; yet I left feeling like I have FINALLY found my dental home! The front desk staff (who greeted me with a smile, excellent customer service, and great reassurance)! The X-ray technician ( who was gentle, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful)! The hygienist; this lady is AMAZING! I HAVE NEVER HAD A DEEP CLEANING and didn't tear up or was in pain. She was very gentle, very patient with me, she was knowledgeable and took her time per each quadrant she made certain my teeth were on the right track and thoroughly cleaned. Last but not least the Dentist; very caring, personable, patient, gentle and kind. He treated me greatly, he was very informative. Answering any questions and/or concerns I had and showed me that it would be ok; as I was very nervous. The dentist has never been my favorite place; but I will share that If this staff along with the Dentist continue with the great care, love and customer service that they exhibited on today. This will be my dentist for my lifetime! I am so glad I chose this dentistry; though it isn't my favorite place I am most definitely sure I am in GREAT hands! Thanks you all for everything!

Another excellent visit. The Dentist and staff are all awesome. I hate dentist office, but this group of people turned that sentiments around with their superior service. They walk you through the whole process of what to expect. What stands out for me is the constant communication while the work is being done: "Are you okay"? " How does that feel?" "We are doing x & y now; using yz to do it" I practically know all the employees by name. Going to miss Ms. Angela. All the best wherever life take you.

Exam, x-rays and cleaning without a painful experience! No gums stabbing here. The staff was caring and understanding and tries to accommodate your needs.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. They canceled appointments for my children because they didn't have a hygienist to work. They did not reschedule those appointments. I called and emailed multiple times. When I finally talked with someone, they couldn't get them scheduled again until 9 MONTHS after their original appointment. They failed to provide adequate dental care. Avoid at all costs!
