Dr. Paul Shteynberg received his D.M.D. degree from Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry in 1992. Prior to that he received his dental degree in St. Petersburg, Russia and practiced in Ukraine for 10 years, before coming to the United States. Dr. Shteynberg is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Paul Shteynberg has always been dedicated to providing his patients with the most current state-of-the-art care available. He manages a wide array of dental concerns including implant placement, implant restoration, root canals, periodontal therapy and fillings, focusing on cosmetic crowns and veneers, partial and complete dentures as well as mouthguards for sports & sleeping. They are custom fabricated at in-house dental laboratory.
He lives in Marblehead with his wife and their children. When Dr. Shteynberg is not creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, listening to jazz, kickboxing, and deep-sea fishing.
Originally hailing from the Midwest, Dr. Jahan R. Monirian received his dental degree from Boston University in 2013. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the Spear Dental Study Club. He was featured among Boston Magazine 2018's Top Dentists.
Dr. Monirian is a part of the Highland Dental Associates team, which is based in Somerville, MA. As a dentist, he performs dental procedures such as cosmetic veneers, implant restorations, root canals, tooth extractions, periodontal therapy, and fillings. Dr. Monirian recognizes that many patients may not be completely comfortable with visiting a dentist. Hence, he endeavors to make dental visits a low-stress experience with minimal discomfort. He is also practicing at North Shore Dental in Lynn, MA.
Dr. Faynzilberg received his D.M.D. degree from Boston Universitys Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry in 1994. He then went on to finish a residency in oral maxillofacial surgery at Tyumen State Medical University, Russia. Before moving to the US, he practiced in Russia and Ukraine. He is also is an active member of the Massachusetts Dental Society and the American Dental Association as well as a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Nelly Shteynberg earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2017. After graduating dental school, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at the Lynn Community Health Center through NYU Langone Medical AEGD program. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT.
Born and raised in the Boston area, Nelly E. Shteynberg at the age of 12 joined her father and uncle in their dental lab, where she helped create dental restorations for patients. She worked in the lab as well as in the dental office throughout high school and developed a passion for dentistry and exemplary pride in her work.
Dr. Nelly Shteynberg enjoys practicing all aspects of dentistry as well as working with patients of all ages. She is a member of the Highland Dental Associates team in Somerville, MA. She is also practicing at North Shore Dental in Lynn, MA.

I came here for the first time earlier this and had a great experience. However, I show up for my 4 pm appointment today and the door was closed. If there was an error in scheduling that should've been communicated before hand. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be coming back here.

Had an amazing experience! Dr. Jahan was very kind. It was one of the smoothest dental visits I've ever had. I could tell that Dr. Jahan was very thorough. He explained what he was doing and was gentle as well. Pain-free dental appointment! Highly recommend!

Easy check-in. Receptionists were kind. Dr. Jahan Monirian cleaned my teeth thoroughly and had great bedside (chairside?) manner. He explained clearly any concerns he saw with my oral health.

I really enjoy this clinic. They do a great job on my teeth and treat me very well. I highly recommend highland dental. I moved 30 minutes away and I still come here.

I've been going to HIghland Dental for decades, and I think they're great. Today I broke a front tooth, and Dr. Paul--who is a genius--managed to replace it so no one but he could notice. Bravo! And thank you once again for being there for me.

Highland is one of the best dental practices I've been to. Sadly I don't live close enough to go anymore :( but I highly recommend them to all - great customer service, fantastic results; overall a great business!

I normally dislike dentists but this office is by far one of the best I've visited. I had a wisdom tooth extraction done and my experience was quick, painless and just overall pleasant. 5 stars. Thanks for everything.

These guys are so friendly and try their hardest to make sure you aren't nervous or uncomfortable. They're quick, efficient, professional and personable. I had barely any pain after my tooth extraction! 10/10 would recommend. We literally drive 4 hours from Vermont to come to this office. It's well worth the drive.

Very professional, efficient and great care. I have been going here for the past 3 and a half years and have never had any issues. I have never had to wait past my appointment time to be seen while at my previous dentist, it was not unheard of to wait for 20-30 minutes. Cleanings are quick and efficient and I always leave with my mouth feeling minty fresh. Highly recommend.
