My mission is to provide high-quality dentistry and to improve the oral health of each and every patient in a relaxed and comfortable environment. All patients should be treated with the same dignity, empathy, and respect that I would give to a member of my own family. It is important to me to listen to every patient, address any concerns they may have, and explain everything clearly.
Dr. Dolecki received his dental degree from the prestigious King's College in London, England, which is ranked as the number one dental school in the world as of 2020 (QS World Rankings). He went on to complete a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
Lifelong learning is very important to Dr. Dolecki and he continues to pursue advanced training in order to stay up to date with the newest techniques, technology, and treatment in oral health care, including the following:
Dr. Dolecki is a Florida native and when hes not at the office, he can usually be found enjoying the many outdoor activities this state has to offer. He loves to visit parks throughout the state, and he especially enjoys hiking, trail biking, fishing, and hanging out at the beach.

New to the area and we decided to go with Highland City Dental Care. The staff is friendly, the Dentist explained all my options for treatment. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a dentist , look no further we will be going here for years to come .

This was my first visit to this dentist and I highly recommend them. The Office staff was super friendly. Sarah did a very thorough 1st time patient exam and a great cleaning! The doctor explained things well and gave me multiple options on how to move forward with a couple issues they found. I found my new dentist and I'm thankful!

I started with Highland City Dental as my old dentist in Winter Haven sold the practice and the service wasn't the same. My favorite DH (Pam) left the office in WH for HCD and I followed her. The Dentist and staff were all friendly and efficient. It's well worth the drive from WH.

My visit today was top notch! I was nervous as some past experiences with the dentist have always made me Leary but today was great. The staff was so normal..down to earth and very welcoming. I loved the dentist as well..he was honest and very through. I will be coming back for all my needs.

The office staff, the dental assistants and Dr. Dominic were so extremely kind, patient and wonderful. I had an emergency where I needed to get in somewhere to get a root canal done and they got me in the very next day and got it taken care of same day as te initial exam. I feel they went above and beyond what they were called to do. I cannot get past now amazing this group of folks are. I highly advise anyone come here if they are looking for a new dentist. This will be my permanent dentist going forward.

Honestly, their staff is fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. They allowed me to bring in a blanket and AirPods so that I'd feel comfortable during my deep cleanings. They were patient and found alternative routes to help apply anesthesia since I stated I feared needles. They were great and enabled me to work around my work schedule.

I called and I explained everything going on with the pain in my mouth when I got there I was x-rayed was sent back to a room where a dentist told me he did not know it could be a problem with a bite or not I was very upset that he was not sure what was going on with my mouth I was very upset when I went to check out and pay $180 and was told by another young lady that it was because another dentist did the work that they did not want to touch it I explained when I called for the appointment that I just had work done by another dentist and was told it's okay still come in we can work on you just that they cannot do any work on the area and I still owe $180 I would definitely not recommend this dentist office to anyone I'm not working right now and $180 means a lot to me out of pocket

Front desk was very understanding & accommodating. Tooth broke & nerve exposed. She was able to ask & get us worked in same day! Outstanding customer service! Also, the dentist actually saw the tooth & understood the pain and removed the tooth immediately. Outstanding dental care provided! Could not ask for better service from Highland City Dental today! Aliyah was my dental assistant and she was fabulous. Quick, efficient, and made the entire experience comfortable and pleasant. Very personable! I also was able to do my cleaning the same day with Sarah and she was phenomenal. Again, she's very quick and has a lovely personality! Appreciate her working me in. Highly recommend!
