They convinced me that they needed to take a full X-ray of my mouth just to determine if I had my wisdom teeth removed or not even though they are the ones who referred me to have my wisdom teeth out in 2016. I didn't remember the procedure after 6 years, but thankfully my mom kept copies of our medical records which Highland Ave Dentistry seems to have destroyed or mismanaged. I've been going here for as long as I can remember. I will never return.

They dentist I saw was rude and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She was not professional or welcoming. And on top of that, I provided my insurance when I arrived and wasn't told they don't take my insurance until AFTER my visit so I was stuck with the bill for my useless, embarrassing visit.

My family has been going here for years and it has been good but since Doctor Bo it has been horrible. She has no respect for clients and is very rude. She was very unkind and verbally abusive to my 16 year old whom suffers from anxiety in medical settings. We are going else where and I feel like she needs to not be working in the job she is due to her lack of caring and compassion.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Bo was very communicative during the procedure of having my crown replaced which I appreciated. Very nice and extremely well kept and clean office.

Dr. Bo goes above and beyond for her patients. Dr Bo came in on her day off the make sure Emilee's teeth looked good before she went off to College in Alabama. For the last 5 yrs. We have been going through the process for dental implants bc emilee was born with out her lateral teeth. We were wrapping the process up this week and Dr. Bo was not happy with the look. I am so happy that she is noticed the imperfections and wanted to make a changes. So she came in over the weekend to make sure Emilees smile looked great. Thank You so much Highland Ave Dentistry. This was also not the first time she had came in on the weekend to help Emilee. Thank You so much! Your smile is the first thing people look at and Dr. Bo helped make it look great.

I have attended this specific office for over 20 years. When they hired a new dentist, Dr. Bo, things went downhill fast. I went in for fillings that come to find out I didn't need. When I was there, she adjusted my bite dramatically without having a conversation with me. Now my teeth have chipped due to her changing the bite. When I went in to have it adjusted, she was very flustered, took it out on her frustrations on her staff. She never took accountability for her actions. I would definitely NOT go here!

I miss Dr. Curtis. He worked with people and wasn't trying to bleed out their insurance. He did what needed to be done. The new crew is a different story. The bigger picture is to milk out as much insurance money as possible. Sounds like we weren't they only ones. My wife left upset and when I spoke to them about it, it wasn't "their" fault. STAY AWAY!

Love this office! Staff is friendly and truly cares about their patients. I love getting my teeth cleaned here. They are gentle and my teeth feel so clean. I give them a 5 rating

I was recommended to Highland Ave by family and I couldn't be happier! I'm not one to review, but I just couldn't resist. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Dr. Bo is an amazing dentist who truly cares about her patients. She took time to explain everything to me and did a wonderful job. The prices are more than fair and they are upfront about any costs. Trust is important to me. As is competence. I think I found both! Thank you so much! Look forward to my next appointment!

Would not EVER recommend this office. I gave this office every opportunity to make the botched root canal and crown right. They lie and make excuses. No empathy or care for what a tolerant patient endures. Pretty sad.
