Only 1 star for lack of timely reimbursement. Will not recommend They are Fee for Service provider. You have to pay upfront then file insurance claims. They hold your money till the claims are paid then delay. They do good work, but don't reimburse your money after insurance pays them.. They will make excuse after excuse with many calls and statements that they will call you (they didn't), before you'll see your money.

I will only give one star it should be more like no stars. I've been waiting almost three weeks for my appointment. My teeth are killing me. On this day receptionist calls me and tell me I need to pay between 240 and 270 just for my consultation. I've missed two weeks worth of work because of a toothache. Know if I'd a known that I needed that type of money and this was just going to be a consultation and have to reschedule then I would have been more prepared for it. So for the next 3 hours and then more days weeks. Thank You ladys!!.

Only got 3 stars because the nurse was nice and the Dr. seemed nice. I was referred here. The front desk called me before my appointment to see where I was when I was not even late. I get there and someone is already waiting to go back. The front desk said I was suppose to bring paperwork with me in a snappy little way. I politely told her "no. I told whoever I spoke with on the phone a few days ago that I would do registration online." I'm sure this is what got her more annoyed because she was wrong. Then she asked for my insurance card and dental card very rudely. My insurance doesn't send a card every year unless the policy changes and I told her that. She tells me because it was a new year I needed to have an updated health insurance card.. so I sat there to try to get an updated card and while I'm sitting there someone else walks in and she actually greets here politely and asked for her paperwork. She told her she didn't do it and she said it was okay she could do it there.. I'm like "WOW!" Then another person walks in with an outdated insurance card and tells her the same thing I told her and she goes "oh okay. that's okay". That's not the only rude encounter I had here that day but it was one of the worse. You should treat everybody with the same respect and had I caught an attitude with her she would've wanted to throw me out. Thank you to the nurse for being better company and a sunflower. You were truly the highlight of my visit.

Hands down the best dentist around! Dr. Russell took awesome care of me when I got all of my wisdom teeth out December 2021! Staff was so friendly and calming when I was nervous! I highly recommend!

These guys are really awesome. I went there to get 4 wisdom teeth removed and it went smoothly. I've had mine in for years despite discomfort and never went for removal. I'm generally scared of stuff like this because a lot of the time I need a ton of numbing medicine (and im too shy to say it still feels bad), but they made sure I didn't feel anything! They asked with each tooth if I still felt anything and if I did they numbed it quickly. Other than that, they were also very knowledgeable and polite. A lot faster that I expected. So happy to finally have gotten this done and walked out super impressed with my experience.

They asked with each tooth if I still felt anything and if I did they numbed it quickly. Other than that, they were also very knowledgeable and polite. A lot faster that I expected. So happy to finally have gotten this done and walked out super impressed with my experience.

Dr. Desalvo had exceptional bedside manner. Very charming. He was very upfront with what was to be expected and seemed very knowledgeable. My 4 wisdom teeth extraction went very well. Considering I had 2 severely impacted teeth he handled it with exceptional care and precision.

Dr. Russell and the staff are superb. I had a tooth that was split and had to be extracted. I am 74 and was a little worried, but they reassured me, showed me X-rays, and were careful throughout the procedure. I had a little bleeding that day as expected for a couple of hours, but no pain at all or bleeding afterwards.
