They didn't clean my teeth on my visit only X-rays and they demand cash copay.... I scheduled a follow up visit and They changed my appointment an hour earlier to 8 am and I WAS NOT made aware until the day before. When I asked why I hadn't been made aware I was told that they could change it for any reason they please and it's been in the system for a week... they knew for a week and I still wasn't made aware of the change until 24 hours before my appointment... I was then told "maybe I should find another dentist" because they messed up I DO NOT RECOMMEND they wasted my time, money, and gas

Today I came to the office. I wasted time for you'll to tell me you'll don't take my insurance. I drove 43 minutes. Please teach your employees to ask if your insurance has changed. Very important to ask if any information has changed

This company was so rude when went in for a visit. The lady at front desk gave me a call and told me the dentist did not want to see me as a patient. Gave her the fee before you see the doctor, the lady says she refunded my fee back to my card and the fee isn't there yet either. This was a disaster. I do not recommend anyone to go to this dentist.

My X-rays were not read correctly. I have had to have surgery TWICE. I at the moment am looking at a 6-month ordeal without teeth. I have been blamed for the x-ray situation because I made the mistake of saying I would like to keep my teeth, ultimately that did not happen. Stay away!!!

They have this thing where they want your teeth pulled. I went in for a filling and they ARGUED with me and ultimately sent me home with no work done so they could get a referral to pull it against my wishes. I think they get more money if you're missing more teeth. Scary people. Felt so violated.

My husband is deathly afraid of the dentist since he was a child and looks forward to going here. They make you feel like they care and actually do what they can to help. We have been going here for about 7 years and I recommend them to everyone. We currently drive from Burlington to have them as our dentist.

I am very displeased, I went in due to a swollen jaw and pain in my teeth, I am currently pregnant so they tell me that they can do no x-ray and refer me some where else, mind you they did not attempt to even look to see what was going on they just sent me on my way and to make it worse the place I was referred to couldn't see me until Wednesday and this was on a Friday, I thought it was very poor of them to not even attempt to help me especially being that I am pregnant to make sure there was no infection present so basically I was stuck suffering until Wednesday.

Probably the worst place I've ever been to. First when I get there the blonde girl took me back in to a room with some girl and she was telling me what was going on with her and I was like "ummm I don't know her" she thought I was her mom. Second of all they told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth out, then told me if they were not bothering me I did not have to due to the fact they probably wouldn't come in. He then said it's because I'm 25 I wouldn't worry about it...I am not 25 so I told him. He then kept pressuring me into getting them out. I told him that I would just keep them how they are if they are not bothering me. He got an attitude and then left the room. The lady cleaning my teeth seemed like it was her first day and did not know how to do anything and she kept watching the tv while in the process of cleaning me and did not suction me but twice within 25 minutes.
