Dr. Vanessa Cruz has been practicing dentistry for over 22 years. It is her passion and her joy. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1993, she obtained her dental degree from the prestigious University of California, San Francisco in 1997. Multiple honors have come her way due to the fact that she is constantly educating herself and staff on the latest that dentistry has to offer. Dentistry has allowed Dr. Cruz to create close, meaningful relationships with patients and their families while maintaining their dental health. She treats each patient honestly and is proud of the family environment her office has cultivated over the last 13 years.

Growing up in Fountain Valley, and raising her adventurous son in Mission Viejo, Dr. Cruz enjoys all that Southern California has to offer. She enjoys kayaking and paddle boarding, never misses an opportunity to eat Mexican food, and enjoys attending USC football games.

With over 20 years of experience, Reyhaneh is our wonderful Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 1996, from The University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow Dental Hygiene School, with the Outstanding Achievement in Clinical Dental Hygiene award. This was followed by teaching in the USC hygiene department for another 7 years. Reyhaneh enjoys making personal connections with each patient, and guiding them to their best oral health. Our patients appreciate her gentle kindness, delicate manner, and thoughtfulness.

Born and raised in Arcadia, California, she moved to Orange County in 2004 to raise her lovely family. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining throughout Orange County and Los Angeles, and sharing a good book recommendation. Best of all, she never misses a chance to travel to her favorite destination: Maui.

For the past 20 years, Ricci has worked as an amazing Dental Hygienist. In 1999, she graduated from The University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow Dental Hygiene School with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. After USC, she received an Alternative Practice Certificate in Dental Hygiene from West Los Angeles College in 2012. Riccis enthusiasm for hygiene and the love she has for patient care is infectious. Our patients appreciate her amazing communication skills in educating the connection between dental health and their overall wellbeing.

Born in Vietnam, immigrated to San Francisco as a child, and currently raising her wonderful family in northern San Diego County, Ricci can relate to everyone. Outside of work, her interests include music, fine dining, dancing, movies, and traveling.

Lucky mom to son Dylan and daughter Payton, she has raised a great family in Southern California. Kristi loves spending time enjoying California beaches and deserts, reading, and talking shop about USC and Alabama Football (Fight On and Roll Tide).

Sommer is our highly trained registered Dental Assistant. She graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2006, with an advanced expanded functions license in dental assisting. With over 13 years in the dental field, her skills as a dental assistant shine as she performs vital duties and exceptional patient care in our office. Our patients appreciate her kind and gentle manner as well as her great sense of humor.

Born and raised in Irvine, she enjoys the great California outdoors: hiking, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, and the beach. Not only does she enjoy spending time with her family and friends, but loves her warm and cuddly 7 year old cat, Missy.

We are privileged to have Kathy as our Registered Dental Hygienist. She graduated from The University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow Dental Hygiene School with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2000. After USC, she received an Alternative Practice Certificate in Dental Hygiene from UOP in 2012. Amazingly, Kathy has been in the dental field since the age of 16. With her friendly demeanor, excellent technical skills, and seasoned dental experience, she makes every patient feel like they just had a dental cleaning from a good friend.

She was born in Los Angeles but moved to Orange County when she was 4 where she lived and went to school in the Westminster area. Presently, she lives in Laguna Hills with her loving husband, 2 teenage kids, and her 3 year old Labrador (Comet). You can always find her cheering on her kids in their sporting events, having fun with friends at a beach bonfire, or attending large family gatherings with her Greek and Persian relatives.

Ken is our certified Dental Assistant. He graduated from The OC Dental Academy with multiple certifications in Radiation Safety, Infection Control, California Dental Practice Act, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support. His kind and caring spirit really keep our patients comfortable. His calming and reassuring chairside manner are especially helpful with our nervous and anxious patients.

Born and raised in South Orange County, he had a brief stay in Washington State, and was happy returning to California. He and his wife Tori live with two wonderful cats (Suna and Pop) and are always trying new culinary recipes. He has a gift for fixing anything, which includes working on cars, bikes, and any DIY project. Did we mention he also plays bass and loves the Ramones??

I was someone with dental anxiety, so I feel like I can connect with patients on a personal level. I can empathize with them and help them through their treatment. We are here not only to treat teeth, but we are here to treat people!

We are fortunate to have Taylor as part of our patient coordinator team. With 10 years experience in the medical industry and an additional 5 years in customer service, Taylor is the perfect administrator to help coordinate our patients dental office needs. She truly cares about each patient and wants to accommodate their needs and requests in any way possible.

She is a devoted animal mom to Gemma (8 year old Domestic short hair cat), Lynden (11 year old 1/2Friesian-1/2Oldenburg horse), and her newest addition, Cooper (Terrier mix dog). Born and raised in Lake Forest, she grew up riding and showing horses all over Orange County. Taylor loves to cook, bike, dine at the beach, and spend time with family and friends.
