Dr. Davies completed his training as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon from MetroHealth Medical Center and The Cleveland Clinic, both teaching centers of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. During his training he was privileged to treat many advanced surgical cases, including extensive facial trauma and maxillofacial pathology. While there he received exceptional training in anesthesia, general surgery, and trauma surgery as well as surgical intensive care and internal medicine.
He graduated cum laude from the State University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, New York in 2007. He has previously practiced as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in northern Virginia and Phoenix, Arizona before moving to North Carolina to be closer to his family. His interests are comprised of dentoalveolar surgery including extractions, dental implants, and anesthesia. He is well versed in total mouth rehabilitation with CT guided implant placement and teeth in a day.
Dr. Davies is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, member of the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology as well as a member of the American Dental Associations national and local branches.
He prides himself on being able to comfort his patients and provide to them a pleasant experience which includes a review of treatment options that fits their needs, discussion of planned procedures, and dedication to excellence in care and patient safety.

If you are looking for an oral surgeon look no further! Dr Davies and his staff are very personable and professional. They treat you like family and make sure you are fully aware of all your options medically and financially with no pressure just good advice. There is no way I'd ever go anywhere else!

What can I say about the beautiful warm inviting environment my father an I was embrace upon.It started out with the sweet voice an understanding, professional experience Jasmine that was very helpful from the beginning of our initial phone interview until official meeting date weeks later. She was helpful and polite in person as well in person. We also had the pleasure of meeting another staff member that made our visit quite pleasant. Her beautiful name is Saran, my dad was nervous going in to get his consultation. But she made him feel comfortable and kept him laughing to keep him focused on something else. The doctor rush my daughter teeth today. Nurse call us back around 11:30 I went out in the waiting room she was put to sleep the doctor was kind of rude. The front desk lady's was rude!!! My daughter got 4 teeth pulled out! No excuse for the doctor to be rude! I get it overwhelming but not excuse to rush on my daughter teeth. And the lady in the office hang the phone in my face,,, she had called me I had step out at my car for a second and she was liked where are you liked very rude anyway she didn't even give me time to answer the lady hang up the phone in my face!! I wasn't going to leave my daughter. Just got to give this place 1 star of the front desk very rude.

Everyone was very friendly. My first visit they explained everything to me including potential risks with my wisdom teeth surgery and answered any questions I had. I had terrible anxiety when it was time for the surgery and was shaking and crying in the chair. The employees were very friendly and understanding distracting me by talking and even giving me a stress ball. I don't remember too much leading out of the office but beforehand I was treated very well. They even did a follow up call to see if I had any questions.

I usually don't write reviews but PLEASE do your research before stepping foot in this office! Staff is very accommodating and very attentive. CAN'T speak to one positive experience with the provider (dentist). I wish we had never sent our daughter to this office. Being a medical professional, I understand that every patient situation is different but when a patient returns one week later with an open socket and complaining of pain and eating Motrin and Tylenol every 3-4 hours something should be done besides, "pain is normal a week or two out." Another week passes and swelling begins. Infused antibiotics started at my request, not his. Second dose of IV antibiotics infused the next morning...again at my request, NOT his. Finally, after a 10-day course of oral antibiotics and 3 weeks of pain my daughter is back eating and just a sore mouth from time to time. Let me reiterate that every patient situation is different, but the provider is "in and out" and doesn't want to take responsibility for any of his actions or listen to a concerned parent and patient.

We were referred to the practice by our Dentist for our daughter's wisdom teeth extraction. The consultation felt a little rushed, but good overall. We were notified that the doctor would not know until he exposed the teeth if he would extract them in one piece or need to break them out. On the day of the surgery, our daughter was taken back and put under the anesthesia. An assistant came into the waiting room from the front entrance and told us our daughter was done and ready to go home. They had pushed her into the main hallway from a side door in a wheelchair and handed us the post-op instructions. When asked if the teeth had to be broken out and if there were additional items to watch out for, they said they didn't have any information to share. When asked if the doctor at least felt the procedure went well, they said they didn't know that either and escorted us out of the building. Poor patient care and follow-up, especially with performing a procedure on a minor.

Worst office experienced I've ever had. They messed up my son's first appointment and we had to wait another month for the second appointment. I had to call them several times in order to get the treatment plan sent to me. The day before the appointment they called me and said they could not get my son in for that appointment because they had a big case at the same time. They said the girl who scheduled that was not their usual appointment scheduler. The staff was very rude. Save your time to go somewhere else. I wish I could give them less than 1 *.

I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I got my wisdom teeth removed here back in December 2020 during the holidays. His staff were all very professional and caring, and were great at easing my worries for the procedure (I don't like IVs). The procedure was effortless, Dr. Davies truly is great at what he does. His staff were also great at following up on how I was doing in the next several days after the procedure, despite it being a busy holiday period. Several months later, I'm fully healed and have had no issues! Thanks Dr. Davies and staff!

I had a phenomenal experience at high house oral surgery I am in relatively low pain the day after having all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled they really did an amazing job and even the soreness I have now is less pain than when I still had my wisdom teeth

I highly recommend Dr. Davies and his staff for oral surgery. I came in to the office as a new patient with major tooth ache and they took care of me really well. Tooth extractions are not fun but to my amazement I felt no pain and was out the door in less than an hour after I came in! No more tooth ache for me! Also the cost was very very reasonable. Thank you very much!

I got all four wisdom teeth pulled and the nurses were nice but I felt like the doctor was really rushed for my initial visit and my follow up. They didn't verbally tell my driver (my mom) any instructions just gave her a paper and said I was ready to leave. She felt like they could have done more to make her aware of the after care since I was sedated.
