Don't answere phone when you finally get an appointment all they do is one xray and referrals they couldn't get referral done right so I wasted my time. They do no work in office even though giving you a paper telling you what they do. Can't get cleanings or anything it is a scam office just taking money alot of money for an xray and referral. if you can even get a referral.

Dr. Green (Greene?) greatly exceeded my expectations! Minimal wait time, thorough explanations, very friendly, more than willing to help, respect, above and beyond the usual service. Highly recommended :-)

Unprofessional- called to get a cleaning and to get there and be told that they didn't put that in their charts so had to reschedule and it won't be for another three months. Multiple issues with waiting too long in waiting area and receptionists not appropriately documenting correct information- waste of time and doesn't help with preventative care

I had my very first visit here today and I am in awe of how kind and polite Dr. Greene and his dental assistant Megan were. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists and they made my visit such a pleasure. Very happy I chose this practice for my dental work!

I am terrified of the dentist. It isn't just a fear it's a true phobia. There have been times that dentists have refused to treat me because my heart rate and blood pressure got too high for them to safely do so. It's an unfounded fear I admit, but it's been there most of my life. Yesterday I had to have a tooth pulled and those old fears were going strong. High Country Dental Clinic worked with me to help ease my fears and the appointment was absolutely painless and a very positive experience. I highly recommend. I even scheduled a cleaning appointment!

I am an honorably discharged disabled veteran who needed an old crown fixed, the doctor's office assured me they could help on the day of my appointment since I was self pay so I waited a week. When I arrived for my appointment the office was not busy nor was it at my departure. I had about five minutes with the dentist before she said they were not going to be any help during visit due time constraints. I asked why and explained how long I had been waiting, I asked if a simple filling could be completed so I could eat a normal meal tonight and I was refused service. The dentist insisted I leave because I was shaky, I explained the disability and asked when they could help since it was not happening today and I was told I could not come back to the office. I am personally a qualified mental health professional capable of maintaining my bearing, previously employed by Oregon DSS and the situation was explain by a doctor of psychology over the phone to no avail. The dentist willfully provoked my anxiety by disappearing with my phone after being asked not to and by refusing service to a disabled person due their disability. I will be contacting attorneys and the district representative's veterans aid. I was will also be making formal written complaints to the local Social Services regarding the doctors behaviors when I am done experiencing symptoms triggered by the above mentioned, it can take a while.. I would urge the clinic not to lose any audio or video of the incident they may have captured. One star because the front desk staff and dental assistants were wonderful as all needs were thoroughly explained and discussed with said staff before the appointment was made.

As others have stated accurately, they don't answer the phone and don't plan on them calling back, because they don't, ever. Generally speaking when someone has a dental issue a dentist would tell them they shouldn't be waiting days, weeks, or indefinitely just to find out if they can get an appointment or need to go somewhere else. However here you can plan on waiting on them until you eventually realize you're going to have to make another choice. Apparently they've either made so much money they don't need to schedule any more people, they've outright given up, or they simply have no sense of business responsibility and couldn't care less about the circumstances of people reaching out to them for help.

Don't cancel appointments just because someone's number has changed. I have been waiting months for a root canal. My face hurts. Now I have to wait a few more months because of something I wasn't even aware of. I am just glad I called before making that hour drive there. So very upsetting.
