Dr. Peter Wong is a proud Seattle native who has been servicing the Bellevue-Eastside communities for 20+ years, and is affectionately known as Dr. Peterbyour staffand patients. During his undergraduate studies at theUniversity of Washington, he studied Psychology and Zoology and continued his education atNorthwestern University Dental School, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) in 1999. He graduated with Honors while also being on the Deans List. Dr. Wong returned home to do an internship atDECOD(Dental Education in the Care of persons of Disabilities), a special-needs clinic located at the University of Washington.
He has taught part-time at theUW Dental School Restorative Departmentas an Affiliate Instructor and has also taught atLake Washington Technical College. He has pursued continuing education with courses in orthodontics and implantology and is currentlyInvisaligncertified with lots of experience inemergency tooth extraction. Dr. Wong is a member of theADA(American Dental Association),WSDA(Washington State Dental Assoc.) andSKCDS(Seattle King County Dental Society).
Dr. Phi grew up in Seattle, WA where she attended Franklin High School. She earned her Bachelors degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, UT.
Dr. Phi is passionate about giving back to communities through dentistry and helping people improve their oral health. She believes in treating patients like family, with kindness and a gentle hand, to give them the confidence to smile.
Shelby attended Pima Medical Institute and received her dental certification in Fall of 2014. She joined Hidden Valley Smiles in May 2021 where she believes in treating every patient like a friend and all her coworkers like family.
Annie is originally from the Bay Area, but grew up in Yakima, WA. She has been a dental hygienist for 4 years after graduating with a Bachelors of applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Yakima Valley College.
A recent Bellevue transplant, Annie enjoys being at the gym, kayaking, cooking and spending time with her 13 year old daughter Mariah and their Maltese Shitzu puppy. She loves to learn new things and try new foods. Recently, she and her daughter took on learning how to roller skate.
Nancy was born and raised in Eastern Washington and moved to Seattle in 2006. Before becoming a dental assistant, her goal was to join the Untied States Marines. Unfortunately, things changed, but her passion to help people and give back to her community never did.
Nancy attended Shoreline Community College graduating with an Associate degree in 2010. Afterwards, she transferred to Lake Washington Tech, graduating from dental assisting school in 2012. As the right-hand person for the dentist, her mission is to make any dental visit a positive experience for each patient and to make people smile.
Nancy continuing her education to finish her interpreter degree in Spanish. In her free time, you can find her at the gym, trying out new places to eat, hunting, dirt biking or watching seasonal sports. Go Hawks!
Erica is our financial coordinator and has been in the dental field for the past 20 years now; graduating from Dental Assisting School as a C.D.A. and then after five years, transitioning to the front desk.
Laura loves the interaction with patients and likes to help them understand their insurance benefits and their treatment. Laura admits that the best reward she gets as an Office Manager is when a patient leaves with a great big smile as it makes her realize she has made an impact in that patients life.
When Laura is not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband and accompanying him to his weekly soccer games to cheer him on. She loves short walks along the river and her favorite thing to do is going to the movies and watching all of the new releases. You can always find Laura at the front desk greeting patients with a smile!
