Dr. Hogan knows the cornerstone to any successful dentist/patient relationship is trust. By creating a low-key, relaxed environment where the people she treats are free to speak their minds and voice their concerns, she is able to gain their confidence and earn their respect.
After obtaining a bachelor of science degree in molecular genetics and biotechnology from Florida Atlantic University, Dr. Hogan graduated from Nova Southeastern University with masters in biomedical science. Four years and countless hours of intensive study later, she received her doctor of dental medicine from NSU's College of Dental Medicine.
A committed, conscientious professional whose areas of expertise range from cosmetic dentistry to Prosthodontics. Dr. Hogan is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the South Florida District Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists. She likes to unwind after a day at the office by playing the piano or going for a long run.
Hazel Yong was born and raised in Malaysia. She then pursued her studies in Accounting and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia where she spent a year and half during her studies in Perth, Australia.She moved to Florida since 2003 and has been in the dental field since 2009. She loves what she does as she started out as a dental front desk personal. She worked her way from an Insurance Specialist to a Scheduling Coordinator. Now she is our Office Manager that oversee Hidden Gem Dental.When she is not in the office, she loves spending time are spending time with her family, going to the movies and loves Harry Potter books series.

Doctor Hogan and her entire staff make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The dental hygienist is excellent (I must go three times a year). The office is very clean as well.

I can't say enough about Hidden Gem. The dentists and entire office staff make you feel at home and important. I have had a phobia of the dentist for years, and now I go willingly and without anxiety. For the first time, I feel like my doctor cares about my health and well-being.

Highly recommend. I've been visiting HGD since 2019 and it's always been a pleasant experience. Hazel at the front desk is so sweet and funny, she makes me feel comfortable every visit. The dental hygienist gives me the best advice on my oral health. Overall the staff and dentist here are amazing.

The name of the office feels very fitting as this office is truly a hidden gem! I have always hated the dentist for the longest time due to my experiences with previous dentists but I have never had any issues since starting to go here. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating, it really feels like they care for you and this is reflected with the amazing quality of their work. Dr. Hogan is fantastic and the same can be said about the rest of the staff! I have recently moved about an hour from their office but I still make the trip because I refuse to go anywhere else.

Walking through the door you're greeted by Hazel at the front desk and the beauty of a cleanly office. You're quickly seen by Dr. Hogan or one the professional staff there and their warmth washes any anxieties from your mind. I truly feel like family here! They don't make you feel guilty like other offices; they listen to your worries and give you the tools to continue hygiene happily after leaving!

The best decision I made was making hidden gem dental my home for dental care. The best Dental office!! I bring my kids and they love it. The staff is so friendly and Hazel makes it happen!! I have had bad experiences with past dentists and Hidden Gem makes me almost forget about it!!

Dr. Hogan is an Angel. My clumsy butt was playing basketball and I got elbowed in the mouth and my tooth (crown) near the front of my mouth was dislodged. Me being kinda self-conscious was worried about if the new crown would match my natural existing teeth. I really don't know how she did it but the new crown looks EVEN BETTER than the one that got dislodged!! (plus she gave my daughter some piano recommendations)

This dental office is the best and most accommodating by far. I take my whole family there. I have countless fillings that were done with dr. Hogan and I could not be happier. My sone had braces with her and the result is amazing. My husband goes to dr. Pavel K. And he is amazed how skilled and experienced he is. I recommend this dental office hands down. And I drive from Weston!!!! Its worth it!!!
