Dr Ryan Clark graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A Dugoni School of Dentistry in2011. He was awarded with both Phi Kappa Phi and Tao Kappa Omega honors for his academic achievementsand has beendistinguished for his outstanding clinical achievements by the only national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho,Dr Clark grew up in southeastBoisewitha passion for athletics and was an Idaho State Champion in Track. He attendedBoise High and thengraduatedfrom Timberline High School. Ryanserved a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in London, England. He graduated from college from Brigham Young University and returned to Boise, Idaho in 2011 after completing dental school in San Francisco, California.

He returned to Boise, Idaho when he graduated from dental school in San Francisco in 1979 and he and his wife, Charlynn, raised their five children here in Boise.
James continues to be passionate about prevention of dental disease and is a strong voice and advocate for dental health. He and Charlynn continue to serve and volunteer in their church and our Boise community.

Too bad I can't give 6 stars. They are simply the very best dentist I've been to in 60 years! Had a pain in my tooth and gum and called them Wednesday. They got me in the very next day. Dr. Clark found a cavity that was missed by my previous dentist and filled it on the spot! At 8 o'clock that evening Dr. Clark phoned me at home to see how I was doing. First time that's ever happened to me. Does your dentist ever follow up like that with you? I'll never go anyplace else!

Dr. Ryan Clark has been my dentist for over 3 years and he is a phenomenal dentist! I've had some unpleasant experiences with dentists in the past, but he has made going to the dentist more comfortable. During a procedure he is light handed and checks in with me to ensure I'm not in pain. At the end of my visits, he offers tips to help me maintain the health of my teeth and helpful tips for natural pain management. His staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. Tina is usually the dental hygienist and she is a pleasure to talk to, very sweet and informative. Holly up front is wonderful as well. She is very accommodating when scheduling appointments and always sends out reminders about upcoming appointments. She greets me by name, which is always nice. The whole staff really makes you feel comfortable. I don't live in Boise but am happy to travel to see these wonderful people.

Great staff, awsome environment. James on 2 occasions took me in right away for broken teeth. Front ones that did not hurt but were too embarrassing to show up at work with.

The best dentist in the valley! The staff is always so kind and Dr. Ryan is always there to be involved with each visit. I love that they make you feel like family every time you come in. Always fast & efficient. As long as I'm in the valley I'll be going to Hidden Creek Dental!

I've been going to this dental office for close to 30 years. The care I have received from Dr. James Clark and now from his son, Dr. Ryan Clark, is simply the best. They're both highly skilled and amazingly talented. The dental work they do is cutting edge, detailed, thorough and intended to last. Hidden Creek Dental is a family business, not an impersonal corporate chain, and the doctors and staff treat their patients as part of their family. They genuinely care about you. Not only have I received top quality dental care over the years, but I've made life-long friends for which I'm most grateful.

The staff working here are absolutely pleasant. But not sure about the dentist. I have been to this place twice. The first time visit was back to last June or July for a deep cleaning. My overall experience was okay. But I got overcharged. The dentist checked my bill later and asked the front desk to txt me if I want to leave it as balance or get a refund. It was quite nice of him for that. Even I replied that I'd like a refund, they still keep it as a balance, which is still fine. At least, they corrected this over charge. So I visited again in December, when I did the second deep cleaning. I am aware of a lot other might have very good experience with this clinic and left 5 stars review. I think all the 5 star reviews lead to a over-confidence as well. The dentist overpolished my front tooth and left a possibly permanent chip on it this time. I don't think my teeth are the prettiest, but don't think they need a overpolish either. Didn't realize the chip after a couple of days. I googled about it and found that it's hard to prove to others if this is caused by the dentist malpractice. Even I know it was. And it would be very time consuming and expensive to establish a case. But I am absolutely upset about this situation. So I have called in to request the cancellation of all my future appointments and a refund of the leftover balance. I do hope the dentist would treat all other of his patients with patience and extra care.

Very nice family practice. Not a throughput factory like Willow Tree. Dr. Ryan Clark is very competent. Aside from standard dental care, he has installed several implants and helped with (minor) tooth repositioning for my family. Conversely, he has also at times advised me to NOT pursue treatment. I trust his judgment and his restraint. Definitely recommend.

The best dental office I've ever been to. By far! Top to bottom right when you walk in all the way through the whole process. Everyone is extremely nice and caring and completely puts you at ease about getting dental work done. Best dr I've been to. I'd heard he was known for making it painless and very comfortable and that is definitely the truth. I would highly recommend Hidden Creek Dental

I've struck gold at Hidden Creek Dental!!! I was experiencing a lot of pain from a broken tooth, but was also in need of a regular dentist. I called on a Monday morning before they opened and left a message hoping to be seen in the next week or two. The wonderful receptionist Holly called me immediately after opening and was able to schedule me the very next day; I was so relieved! Dr. Ryan and his crew helped ease my anxieties about dental work and were able to give me a root canal and a temporary crown, eliminating the excruciating pain I had been in. I also appreciated the education I received that will aid me in taking better care of my teeth. Everyone at this office is lovely and make it feel like home! They also offer a lot of services that would usually have to be referred to someone else (ex. Root canals) so I was VERY grateful he did it all! I highly recommend this dentist and his amazing crew!!!

I've always had a fear of the dentist. I have trouble with the high frequency of the drill, specifically. dr. Clark was understanding and allowed the work to be done in phases, to accommodate my anxiety.

I have been to many dentists all over the country and Hidden Creek stands out for their expert care and superior quality. Best dentist experience I can remember. I broke my face (3 severely chipped teeth) and Dr. Clark made it look even better than before the accident.
