Too many people in there at one time. One or two dentist running around not paying enough attention to their clients and when I switched and told my new dentist about a procedure they recommended to me, my new dentist said I did not need that.

I personally would not trust these 5 star reviews. My biggest recommendation is to ask what each line item is on your "treatment plan" and understand where they are over charing you. They will try to sneak in costs here and there without explanation. Call their bluff.
