As always, the Dr did a great job.....and FAST. I was in and out in minutes. Staff, as always, efficient and friendly. Love the text reminders.....hard to miss an appointment using that kind of texting system.

I have, as well as my husband, been patients of Dr Gierman for several years. We previously lived in Chicago and had a dentist there. We were looking to change and were recommended by a family member to Dr. Gierman at Hickory Creek. We absolutely made the right choice. Dr. Gierman and his staff are wonderful. Would not think of ever going somewhere else.

This is my 1st review ever, hate to be negative. Just a heads up. Be prepared for them to call you in the last minute and reschedule your appointment. This had happened to me so many times, jest a reminder this appointments were made at least 6mos in advance. Many times I was okay, but the last time when it happened I was definitely not okay when they called me an hour before. Than they had odesity to tell me if I dont like it to find another dentist . This just happened before school begun. Thank God we found great dentists and they took us in before school begins this year. Also when my daughter had braises they never notified me she had problems with her gums lowering on the bottom. I found out very strange. About 5 later her orthodentist notified me. Choose your dentist office wisely.

Friendly and welcoming the staff is great. My daughter is 8 and going to the dentist really isn't thing! We struggled to find an office that could help keep her at ease and gain her trust so she can get the care she needs and we found exactly that!

I always have the most amazing hygienist's! The rooms are state of the art and they decorate for the seasons which gives a nice extra touch. The dentist is always thorough and ready to answer any questions. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful! I drive 30 minutes to go here because it is always such a wonderful experience. Even my children love going to the dentist!

Hickory Creek Family Dentistry's reception desk is EXTREMELY RUDE. They also lied to me. I had invisilign and lost my retainers 5 months after treatment. Prior to this, they told me if I lost my retainers I could get a new pair since they keep the records of everything. When I called, they said they didnt have any records and I would need to redo my treatment all over again. They really will do anything to get more money!!! Check yourselves. All I wanted was a new retainer so I didnt need to go through the process again.
