An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Best appointment I've had here with Dr. Sheth. She answered all of my questions and explained procedures to me. She cleaned my teeth quickly while still being thorough. Everyone was very caring and professional. Would recommend!

I had a great experience at this dental office. Getting dental work is such an awkward experience, but from the moment I walk in everyone from the front desk lady to the dentist were so nice. Angie did such a great job. She made me feel comfortable even though I felt so awkward.

My wife had a damaged tooth and I persuaded her to see a dentist. We were fortunate that the attention and care we received was exactly what she needed. Everyone was professional and empathetic to her needs. My wife has a history of fear where dentistry is concerned. We were both impressed with the personal attention and expertise of the staff here. Everyone was very personable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dentist.

Amazing service. I've been to get some work done recently, and the entire staff was kind and professional. I would recommend Dr.Duraini to everyone. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and the veneers I received turned out absolutely beautiful! I love my smile so much! The cost was not bad and well worth the final result. This office will be the office I return to from now on.

They tell you free X-rays and exam and then this doctor comes in and measures your gums and says I need a deep cleaning. I said no I just want a cleaning which was supposed to be $60 and they say no they won't do it. So the deep cleaning is $1000. Don't go there, it's a scam to get you in the door so they can rip you off.

Oh boy. Wish I would've read through the reviews before wasting my time at this place. I gave my insurance and filled out my patient info a week before. I was told they took my insurance and also confirmed with my insurance my coverage (I need two wisdom teeth extracted). They knew what I was coming in for. X-rays alone took almost an hour because they had someone who was new and learning , I didn't mind and was patient. Next I go to get my exam... which went well. Dentist walked out and the person who handles the insurance and payments comes in and out a few times. Let's me know that my insurance only covers cleanings but not extractions... Odd, seeing how I confirmed with my insurance before even making the appointment. She walks out again ( it's now been close to 2 hrs and I still haven't even had my cleaning) she comes back and asks if I still want me cleaning... By that time I'm just frustrated. I left, got my insurance on the phone and confirmed AGAIN that I had coverage for extractions. Called back up to the office where I was told someone would get back to me but it's now Wednesday and nothing. Find another dentist, this place is just no good.

Highly disappointed! Went in today for a simple cleaning. Questionaire asked if I had any issues which I did, a molar that hurt. After xrays, which Angie was awesome in doing those, very kind and professional, the dentist comes in and tells me I need a new crown. Having just gotten dental insurance I asked what it cost. She proceeded to tell me they could replace it today. Again, I asked of the cost. She said the front desk would have to check and they would let me know. After a 45 minute wait, the clerk came back to tell me it was $1350!!! For 1 crown and the most expensive one they offer, and that was with insurance??? I asked if there was a silver option and she replied they don't do those. The dentist finally came back and kept pressuring me to get the crown today. I told her I don't have that kind of money and that I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. She then acted surprised that I wanted my teeth cleaned. I told her that's why I made appointment. Then she said I needed some type of bacterial treatment that cost $170 out of pocket??? I refused that, finally got my teeth cleaned from said dentist, who got water all over my shirt. I could not leave here fast enough. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of people!!

I was just denied a crown at this dentist office because I did not have $650 in cash at the moment I showed up with a molar I had just broke by accident I paid all other debts to them and offered to pay some amounts in cash upfront. Who treats people in pain his way.

Fantastic experience! Love the front office staff from Stephanie who made my appointments and Ashley that took care of my benefits. Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and the dental procedures were done professionally and I love the results. Dr.'s Malik and Duraini are the best, and my assistant Janice was a peach. Will be back for sure.

I was a new customer here and I guess it was normal to be nervous. My Dental Assistant, Janice, took that nervousness right away. She was naturally sincere and friendly. She listened to my areas of concern and was caring and compassionate in her methods. I highly recommend Hickory Creek Dental Group.
