I love getting to know our patients and seeing their confidence improve over the course of their treatment. To me, orthodontia is a combination of art and science, with results you can see in our patients beautiful smiles.
Im originally from Wheelersburg, OH and have lived in Columbussince 1996.I completed my bachelors degree, Doctorate, masters, and orthodontic certificate at The Ohio State University; Im truly a Buckeye! I continue to learn by attending continuing education courses that help me provide the most up-to-date and efficient treatment for my patients.
We have a happy office:our staff loves what we do, and it shows! We love the enthusiasm and life stories our patients bring to the office and are proud to offer them a comfortable and friendly environment for their treatment. Our office supports local schools and community service organizations. I also serve as a delegate to the Ohio Dental Association.

Im so excited to be a part of the team at Hickman Orthodontics! Im originally from Columbia, Missouri and completed my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2014. Though not a native Buckeye, I have lived in Columbus for the past several years completing my Master of Science and certificate in Orthodontics here at The Ohio State University.
What I love about orthodontics is that we get the chance to really know the patient and their families. It's such a joy to watch patients grow and change right in front of our eyes. Every smile that we treat is different and I love the challenge of working with patients to give them their best smile. It's exciting for me to know that these smiles will be the ones seen at birthday parties, graduations, weddings, and many more special occasions!
In my free time, I like to take advantage of all the activities that this thriving city has to offer. I have one four legged fur baby named Luka. He is a 5 year old Border Collie mix and is veryyyy spoiled. I also enjoy cycling, yoga, and hiking/running with Luka! When the weather is nice you can find me at one of Columbuss many food festivals or enjoying live music.

We absolutely love this place. They're amazing. So great with little kids. We just completed out 19 month orthodontic journey. My son is so confident with his new smile. Thank you Hickman.

We have absolutely loved coming to Hickman Orthodontics. They (literally everyone) are so incredibly nice and welcoming every time we come. We are always greeted with a smile and asked how we're doing which is refreshing. Our dentist suggested braces for my son and referred us here and from the 1st encounter where they explained the plan and the process, to the last appointment has been super great. I will definitely recommend anyone with ortho needs to come here! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

WOW! WOW! WOW! My family and I are so incredibly thankful we decided to go to Dr. Hickman for a second opinion. Dr. Hickman and her staff are all incredible. Dr. Hickman is so sweet, friendly, welcoming, honest, and straight forward. Dr. Hickman was very thorough in our consultation and made sure to explain every step to us before my daughter started treatment. After my daughter got her braces on a few weeks ago, we got in the car and the first thing she said is how nice everyone was during her appointment. My daughter just had her first dance at school this past weekend and she is so excited for her next appointment to show Dr. Hickman a picture. I highly recommend this office for kids and adults.

The doctors and staff are very friendly and they care a lot about what they do. I was very happy with my experience there and will refer anyone needing/wanting braces to them. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect.

If you're looking for an Orthodontist look no further. Since day 1 they have made us feel like part of the family. All through Covid they made things so easy my young daughter felt more than comfortable to go in for her appointments all by herself. Go ahead and shop around but you won't find a better price or staff for the exact same treatment.

Love this place. My daughter received such good care coming here for the last 2 years. She got her braces off today and her teeth look gorgeous, they did a wonderful job. Everyone in the office is very nice. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a orthodontist.

Daughter got braces a couple years ago. The practice made sure we knew exactly what they wanted to accomplish and how they would correct her teeth. She recently got the braces off and she is beyond thrilled about the outcome. Every step of the way was met with compassion and professionalism from the entire staff. Highly recommend for children and adults. Stellar service always.

Love my new smile. The team at Hickman Orthodontics is tons of fun, professional, and perfectionist. You feel like you are part of their family. I'm not sure how, but they always remember your name and there is never a long wait. I would DEFINITELY recommend Hickman Ortho. Both our boys went there too! Woohoo!

I miss Dr. Erikis! The whole atmosphere has completely changed, it is no longer a friendly, fun place to bring your kids for braces. It has turned into an overcrowded assembly line and money is the primary focus. Office manager is very rude and is completely unprofessional! It used to be a place we looked forward to going to and seeing everyone, but now heads are down and there is no room for being personable or caring.
