The staff were really nice. The cleanings were okay, I felt like it could've been done better but after being poked in the gums a million times I was just glad it was over. I ended up needing some fillings, maybe even a possible root canal. Well they ended up getting super close to my nerve, didn't do the root canal & put some "medicine" on and filled it up. Now I'm in excruciating pain & needing to go back to a dentist....and have a double root canal because they're unsure which tooth is touching the nerve closest. It's a little upsetting, maybe it's my fault for not advocating for myself more but I was trusting the professionals. Can I complain if everyone was nice though..? Yes. Yes I can. Do better. If it looks like someone needs a root canal -or any procedure done- just do it

Loved My Today's Visit! Last time I was here it was in 2018. Then I found out that the office was under the new management and wanted to check it out! Boy I'm glad I did! The office is extremely well organized, Amazing new doctors, front desk is very polite! I loved every moment of it! Definitely bringing my family here!!!!

As someone with dental anxiety, this place makes me feel very at ease. I came to this office with tons of problems and a lot of anxiety, and the Drs explained everything to me in detail. They were both very patient with me and were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. After multiple fillings and 3 root canals, I can proudly say that I no longer have any problems! They did great at educating me about dental hygiene and how to properly care for my teeth, and now I take better care of them. This is the only office I trust with my teeth!

Called Monday on my lunch break to secure an appointment for a cracked filling as I was experiencing continuous pain. Amanda the receptionist answered the phone and was extremely informative and welcoming as I would be a new patient. Amanda was able to secure me an appointment in less than 48 hours. Upon arrival, I was provided the obligatory "new patient" documents and shortly thereafter greeted by the Dental Technician who walked me to the back for X-Rays. The X-Ray machine was state-of-the-art and even played classical music while capturing the images to assist in keeping me comfortable. I was then greeted by Dr. Badalova who examined me and discussed with me in great detail all of my dental options such as prices, insurance obligations, length of procedures etc. At the conclusion, Dr. Badalova allowed me to ask questions and at no lint made me feel rushed while she provided detailed answers to all of my questions. Additionally, the doctor made recommendations for toothbrushes and toothpaste including utilizing different ones for both A.M & P.M. brushing. In conclusion, I highly recommended Hi-Tech Dental Group especially for those weary of visiting the dentist. I found all of the staff professional, welcoming, and extremely informative. This office was beyond clean, modern, and all of the equipment utilized was top notch. Look no further in the Lower Bucks County area, this should be your dentist of choice!

My experience has been humbling I had some complications at first but due to the professionalism of this office. My need are being taken care of. Dr Kamala, is awesome she has been working with me to get me straighten out. I have all the confidence that I'm going to be fine. Thank you Hi Tech Dental.

Amazing experience here! I recently came from TWO different dentists who told me I would need a bone graft and invasive surgery to correct an issue (that my insurance would not cover) so I went to get a third opinion which required me to drive all the way to Philly (I live in Lancaster) because I had heard so many positive things about the dentist there. Dr. Badalov was AMAZING, he took care of the issue on my front tooth (which did not actually require surgery) and even took care of a couple other issues that both other dentists had not noticed or taken care of. I was blown away, by the quality of care and due diligence. The whole office gives you a warm aura and instantly comforts you if you get nervous at dental visits. Will only get my dental needs taken care of here from now on.

I genuinely appreciate this dentist office they are literally the best place around there so nice and so caring. I walked in today doc seen how much pain I was in he literally pulled my tooth in a matter of five minutes and I did not feel a single thing I would 100 percent recommend this place if you want people that are good to you and that will not hurt you and that's honest and very caring I'm blessed to be a patient here. Thank you again! See you guys in 6 months

I've been going here for a couple years now and its amazing. The front receptionist is always very nice and doesn't hesitate to help you with whatever you need. If you have an appointment they take you in right away. The dentists themselves ask if anything is bothering you and give you options on how to help with it. They are extremely respectful and make sure that you leave knowing exactly what you need to about yourself answering all the questions you may have. I always look forwards to my dentist visits and never have before I started to go here. I definitely recommend it. They take all ages and have many insurances that cover.

Terrible place. Super short chair time. I was done in ten minutes and this was the second chance I gave them. I take care of my teeth but I've never been to a dentist that cleans teeth in ten minutes. They don't clean teeth thoroughly. They didn't even dig the plaque out of my molars. Only superficial cleaning.

I got fillings and a root canal very good experience I usually hate a Dentist my biggest fear all the staff are very nice make you feel comfortable and Relaxed I recommend them so much my whole family and friends has become new members here also and they all love this dentist

My wife had a root canal done there while ago.Nothing but all the good things I can say about this place.From the first you walk in to office until the you walk out 5 star treatment by everyone in there.I m going back there my self next Monday for a filling and I know I will be getting well taking care of it there.Thanx for the good job guys.
