I had many questions and concerns prior to visiting. I was told I had several issues at a different dentist, went to this dentist to get alternative opinion. Dr. Im was not only extremely patient in answering all my questions and reassured me that most of the issues seemed minor, but also took notes that she followed up on when I visited 6 months later. THat helped reassure me that Hi-Dental is concerned about patient welfare first and foremost unlike other places that seek to upcharge patients with unnecessary procedures. With regards to the cleanliness, I have gone before and after COVID-the place was immaculate before and after COVID, it felt safer than my own house.

As an uninsured patient, I was shopping around for a place that wouldn't charge an arm and a leg. My cleaning and xrays here cost $120 which was really affordable compared to other places I had called. The dentist was super friendly and informative about what was being done -- she explained my xrays to me and we decided on a plan of action together. The place was super clean and well maintained and I actually enjoyed my cleaning and I don't usually say that about dentists!

Walked in here one day after I moved to farmingdale. Love the doctor here, she is so sweet and really concerned about the health of my teeth. Place is immaculate and you can watch tv while they work on your teeth which I think is very comforting since I am terrified of going to the dentist. I'm not afraid to come here and get my teeth cleaned.

Hi Dental easily sets the bar and raises it more with their quality care and service. They'll take care of your dental needs, like as if your family. Wow. I have been to so many dentists, periodontists, endodontists in the past year, it's a whirlwind. It's frustrating to hear all of their varying opinions. With this dentist, I felt instantly at ease. She informed me of everything she saw on the x-ray, everything she sees about my teeth (I'm a grinder), she explained what she was doing as she was doing it... They had already called my insurance to find out if xyz was covered and by how much of a percentage. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and treat me with utmost respect. She read my chart and discussed my past (bad) experience with epinephrine. I am cancelling all of my appointments with these other doctors and only going to continue to see Dr. Im. She's the best dentist I've ever had. Also, the office smells beautiful and the waiting room feels like a spa.

Love, love this place. I'm so afraid of dentists but I felt so comfortable with the dentist here. Dentist is so professional and once she knows that you're afraid of needles she tries her best to put you at ease. Will be coming back to this place since I need more work done in my mouth. You will not be disappointed with this dentist.
