Love this dentist i just switched over my boys from norwich smiles. They got them appointments booked quickly and were so kind and attentive with my children. My kids love their dentist and felt very comfortable during their visits.

My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist ever since I started bringing them here. Staff is friendly and they have done a wonderful job with every cleaning/procedure.

My favorite place to bring my kids appointment wise. They like coming here, opposed to the screaming i get when doctors appts arise. The DRs are great too, just kids preference

I recently took a chance at this office. I scheduled my whole family a visit. I can't say how much we all enjoyed our experiences. Even my experience calling to schedule was awesome. Everyone seems so patient. My two children 3&5 had such an amazing experience. Easy, thorough, stopped to explain each step of the way. My husband and I have not had a dentist visit in way too long and the longer you put it off the worse it is. No judgment from any one working w us. I have had nightmares thinking about going to the dentist. The staff at HI Dental made me so calm and accommodated my needs.

I live Hi Dental! The receptionist desk, hygienist and doctors are amazing!! They are all so friendly, kind and caring!!! I recommend to family and friends!

I have a great fear of dentist and this is the only one that I have come back to for more work. I highly recommend them. They explain everything and make you at feel ease.

Such an amazing and helpful staff. I was looking for a new dentist and they took me in right away. Very clean office, staff was very welcoming, answered any questions I had and walked me through the whole process while getting my cleaning to ensure I was comfortable the whole time.

I've been coming here for a couple years. I cannot say enough....friendly doctors, assistants and staff. They are excellent at what they do and there is always a great attitude from everyone!

Prompt professional pleasant service. Staff are neat, polite, helpful and informative. Office is clean, great decor and calming. Doctors are highly trained, courteous and do not rush. Treatment is state of the art and painless. Norwich hit the lottery having Hi Dental local.

What a joke this place is makes you feel like you are in a Third world country broken English physicians you can barley understand what they are trying to explain. Many times I felt that had to put the word in their mouth and they would used same word again. I brought my daughter with a broken tooth and tell me I had to wait a week when I explained that my daughter can't eat or drink be cause the sensitivity on her tooth but she didn't seem to care I really think that they don't know the job well enough. At the same what do you expect a dentist in Norwich.

I change the review back to 5 starts after the following from the dentist office. They do response the problem fast. And I hope you get better soon, Dr Jung kim. Sadly, we won't see you any longer due to the move and pandemic. Good luck!

Hi dental care is a great clean and efficient dental place. I love how great they are with Kids. The front desk and staff Dental assistant Hygienist and Dr.s are all professional and polite.

AMAZING dentist!! Dr. Kim is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been living in this area my entire life. The staff is always friendly and funny and Dr. Kim is HIGHLY skilled! 10 Stars!

I've been there twice for scaling with my husband. Dr Kim and the staffs were very kind. Miss Orethana is very professional and skillful. We are very thankful for their devotion and hard work. We felt very comfortable and will schedule another appointment

My kids love this place. The staff are so kind and welcoming! My kids have been coming here since their Grand Opening a few years at their previous location. Just a great place to have your children/self. Everybody treats you like family! I always recommend people all the time. Thank you for you guys do

Above and beyond. From the first call to the visit everything was smooth the staff is kind cheerful. Dr Jung Kim went above and beyond to help me with my 2 year autistic daughter. I was so nervous but she was so understanding, caring and helpful. I went in nervous and left with transferring my family there because of how amazing they are.

I was desperate for a dentist after badly cracking a back molar on a Saturday night. I didn't have a dentist because I only recently got dental coverage (just preventative), was leaving for vacation in a little more than a week, was in pain, and didn't know where to go. My friend recommended this office, and they made me an appointment for Tuesday. I cannot express enough how kind, sweet, caring, and patient every single person I came across, was to me. I was a bit nervous about how much this would cost me, but my options were explained without judgment. I will forever recommend this office!
