I am literally sitting outside in their parking lot doing this review. I came in with my 5yr old son with SN apprehensive and worried. We sit in the parking lot very relieved full of gratittude and helped. From the phone call to schedule, the checking in and then meeting Dr. Pham..the whole experience has been so nice. Felt supported. He didnt rush, took his time talking about his evaluation and proposed my sons treatment; and answered my questions. Not once did I feel silly asking my questions. He and his staff are very efficient without loss of empathy. Thank you so very much for seeing us today. God bless you all!

Don't waste your time. We had an extensive interview over the phone after being referred to Hi5 for our son. We went over all the options, he reviewed the xrays and said we could handle it in the office. We take the kid out of school, go in and he changes his mind. What a waste. My child is in pain and now they want to reschedule for weeks out . He did NOTHING else. Completely disappointed. Don't go here during covid bc they have no idea how to operate right now. I'm sure with no covid,l they were a great place. But if you have no idea what you're doing over a virtual visit, then don't do them and waste peoples' time!

Worse office ever. I gave them a second chance and they failed. DR. PHAM is great by all means. But his staff are horrible.

Dr Pham was so kind and encouraging, both to my daughter and to us as her parents. I could tell he understood how nerve-wracking it can be when your child needs dental care, and he made everything so positive, INCLUDING THE NUMBING SHOT. My four year old didn't even feel it! I couldn't ask for a better dentist for my daughter.

The personnel at the front desk are helpful and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. The issue is having six or more kids scheduled for dental procedures under general anesthesia on the same day with the same dentist. This results on having the succeeding kids wait for more than an hour or longer past their scheduled appointment. As pre-op, these kids have not had any food intake nor water for hours, then have to wait even longer. In addition to this, the dentist, which is Dr. Hai Pham, seems to be stressed and overworked. If this dental office is having too many dental procedures done each week under general anesthesia, is there a problem with its dentists putting kids at ease with less invasive procedure?

Jessica Irwin DMD went above and beyond our expectations. While camping my son ran his bike into a tree and really messed up his teeth. We went to an ER in Silverton and they were trying real hard to find someone to look at his teeth. She stayed after hours and waited for us to get there to look at my sons teeth. She was able to tell me how bad the injuries were and she gave us a good plan to follow and even contacted other dentist and the Seattle Children's hospital for us. She went way beyond what I would would have expected and showed genuine concern for my son and our situation. If we lived in the area we would definitely want to make her both our kid's dentist.

My son, now 16, has been going to Dr. Pham for his teeth for over a decade. Dr. Pham and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. During the pandemic, they handled patients and families with extreme care, making sure that we were well-informed about and carefully following safety precautions. Since my son is a teenager, they gave us the option of having him only come into the office while I waited in the car with the hygienist or dentist coming out to the car to discuss any concerns or to touchbase. I loved that! We are trying to help our son learn to advocate for himself and he is now comfortable interacting with staff/doctor to made sure his needs are met. Also, when he was younger, Dr. Pham made sure that he was getting sealants on his teeth. When he did have a cavity, Dr. Pham made sure that it was not pain-free to fix but also provided special glasses and headphones for him to watch a movie while filling was being done. My biggest worry now? Finding such an awesome dentist for adults!

BEWARE! They performed unauthorized treatment on my son. I call to ask why I was not talked to and the office manager, Dinorah, Stated that they do not have to talk to anyone if they received a referral from another dentistry. She is also extremely condescending, rude and lacks a basic sense of compassion for another human being. Dinorah shushed me on the phone and refused to give any information on how to contact her supervisor. Please do your kids a favor and send them where you'll actually be satisfied.

I don't want to bore anyone with my daughter's experience but I highly recommend all parents to GET A SECOND opinion when the dentists at Hi5 recommend expensive treatments. I wish I did. My daughter suffered unnecessary pain and treatments because I got a second opinion too late. Please don't trust your child to these dentists. They are interested in money from your plan more than helping children.

I brought my little one here because she needed a filling and the previous dentist was having difficulties getting her to cooperate. Hi5s staff was paint with her and built trust. Two visits later she was comfortable with the staff and let them do their work. This is a great place!

My 2 oldest daughters recently saw Dr. Jessica Irwin and said I needed to leave her a 5 star review because they are no longer nervous about going to the dentist and said she's their favorite dentist now and can't wait to go back. She's very good with kids and at explaining what's going to happen at every step before it happens so they know what to expect.
