I just had one of the worst customer service experience over the phone. Ariana the front desk person hung up the phone while I was inquiring about why my kids appointment were canceled at the last minute. She said the dentist was out sick which isunderstandable but adriana's poor and demeaning customer service attitude was the worst. She hung up the call before confirming or rescheduling appointment. I called back and she didn't pick up the call. Had to call from a different number to get her to answer so I can confirm new appointment. I work work in same type of work setting and I have never seen behavior like this towards paying patients. Hi-5 Children's dentistry give your staff a break or time off and add a little customer service training. So patients don't have be put through your staff attitude and disrespectful behavior.

It's just...bad and rude service. I can't even say unprofessional and unethical service because there are no professionals here. They work only for the check. Not passion or vocation at all. From the "professional" dentist Dr. Andreina Bracho to the receptionists. The only nice people at this location is the poor mistreated hygienists. What a shame

My boys were seen here by Andreina Bracho-Pacheco not only was she rude but so was her staff. They were not friendly at all and did not make the visit comfortable for them neither. My youngest was nervous and I mentioned that to the dental assistant when I held his hand and she rolled her eyes at me. During the cleaning I explained my oldest had an allergic reaction to fluoride rinse as an infant so we would be skipping that for them, apparently they charged my insurance for flouride cleanings anyway and I'm responsible for payment which I had to file against. As for the dentist, she wanted to crown a cracked baby tooth that was already loose! When I opted for an extraction she said "you can go somewhere else for that, if I can save a tooth I will" save a cracked loose baby tooth or get paid by the insurance for unnecessary work done on a child? They both had very little minor cavities in some of the corners of their teeth (her words exactly) and she also wanted to crown those as well. I asked rather than going through shaving portions of the teeth to crown why not just clean out the small cavities and fill with a sealant. She was clearly annoyed by my suggestion of another alternative and stated that no crowns would be the treatment. I shared this experience with my dentist and he said that was absurd and obviously unnecessary treatment. I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!

Dentist is great but the office staff at the Orlando location is horrible and the poor work ethic starts from the top, a very rude Office manager. Phone calls go unanswered and the office manager excuses this. Unwillingly to assist existing patients with changed insurance, even if you insurance offers continuation of care. Super disappointing as my son really enjoyed his dentist an the care there.

They are amazing, my son is autistic and wont let any dentist touch him. Here my son resisted a bit but they comunicated with him and ended up leting them treat him. I highly recomend them!!! Everyone was amazing!

Everyone was extremely kind and patient. High end technology office was super covid cautious and everything was clean. Services were quick my daughter was super nervous and everyone was understanding and helped ease her worries. I would highly recommend this Dentis ...

If I could give this office a 0 I would. All of the staff besides the actual dentist herself is rude and disrespectful, it's like pulling teeth to get anyone to answer the phones and when they do answer they talk to you like your below them. I will NEVER be taking my children there again!!!

Great first experience! Everyone at the office is so nice and professional my boys loved it there! They are super clean with covid and take all precautions necessary. So glad I found a great dentist for my boys!

Don't waste your time. My daughter had a procedure scheduled for 2:30pm on the 24th of February, but I kept getting appointment reminders for 8:30am instead. I called and told them it was the wrong time and she was adamant it was for 8:30am. I told her my child is dismissed from school early on Wednesdays at 2pm and I have the print out showing 2:30pm and also set an appointment reminder in my phone calender while I was in the office and both state the appointment being at 2:30pm. She told me it was probably "miscommunication" on their end. Ok fine, whatever. So when I asked her to change it back, she said she couldn't and the next available appointment wouldn't be until JUNE! I had set time aside for this appointment, and my daughter needs her dental work done way before freaking June. When I told her that wasn't possible, she asked if I still wanted to keep the 8:30. I hate that they give you a "take it or leave it" option when THEY mess up and even in general. I've seen reviews on this more than once and should've avoided this office to begin with. I told her no and will be taking my business elsewhere. Unless you like random schedule changes, don't bring your child here.
