Dr. Heyen and his team have taken great care of me and my family's dental health for decades. So many dentists these days have turned their practice into a predatory financial business by trying to convince their patients that they need additional costly procedures when it's actually not warranted. Not Dr. Heyen. He is fully transparent and honest in all of his recommendations. My adult daughter that lives in Oklahoma City went for a routine teeth cleaning to a dentist in Oklahoma City. That dentist told her that she needed about $3,000 of work done and it was urgent, and tried to get her to sign a bunch of paperwork that day to schedule those services and lock her into it financially. My daughter stopped and called me and I told her to not sign anything but to come back home and see Dr. Heyen first. As it turns out she didn't need all of those other services the other dentist was recommending. It's stuff like this that makes all the difference these days.

Sorry, I don't remember the name of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, but she did a great job and was very professional in her duties. I was surprisingly pleased.

Someone recommended me here. I really thought I'd found the help I needed. I feel I wasted my time, I didn't even get a prescription for the infection and severe pain I was fighting. I can't eat or sleep due to the pain I've been suffering with for months. The lady in the office was a bit disorganized and told me I had met my dental visits for the year. I called delta dental to confirm what she said. Delta dental told me that was not correct . Well because, I had a heart attack a month prior to this visit and a emergency heart stent this place didn't help me. Now it's a real bad infection with a abscess, due to a broken tooth.I had a clearance from my cardiologist and dental coverage. So i don't understand why I was sent away with no relieve at all.

I've had a few bad dental experiences in the last several years... I can confidently say my experience with the staff, hygienist and Dr Heyen's was remarkable! I've never had to have a tooth extraction, let alone 2... A gentle touch, because they where both out before I knew it... I'd honestly say it was painless. I highly recommend Heyen's Family Dentistry. Update! I honestly have to say that this 6 month journey has taken way to long! It's a terrible to think I was being strung along, just so I could get my CareCredit paid off so I could have more work done. I've finally got my permanent partial! I was informed I would have to have the two surrounding teeth drilled in order for the partial to be held in place. Nope, there was no need for the extra drilling, but now there would be a reason to charge me $1,500 for bridge. I'm a retired and live on extremely tight budget. It's a sad to think that an professional dentist would do such a thing As you can tell from the pictures, the permanent is not only strange looking, it's incomfortable as it not only digs into my upper gum, it's also so tight I can feel like it would eventually realign my teeth. Thus, another reason to have more unnecessary dental work done, when I'm still paying for the VERY BADLY made partial. So now I just wear the temporary, just for appearances. Can't even eat with it in because it a constant cleaning process.

I 100% recommend Dr. Heyen and his staff for your dental needs!! I recently broke two of my teeth which resulted in having to get dental crowns placed. I was very nervous at first being a first time patient at his office but Dr. Heyen and his staff were extremely sweet and so welcoming. He and his staff handled myself and the procedures so well, I left pain free! I've had bad dental experiences in the past with others but Dr. Heyen and his office staff are by far the absolute best that I have ever come across! I will definitely be coming here for years to come!

I am impressed from the moment I step through the door of his office! The receptionist is always pleasant as well as other staff! My recent visit was a fantastic one as I did not have to wait at all! I planned on doing some reading, however as soon as I took my material out I was called! Now that y'all is service! I also believe that Dr Heyen only does dental work that is of necessity!

the staff was so nice n caring im jus glad my brother told me about this office thank you and the secretary was so helpfull and im jus happy she helped tha all help and especially tbe dentists he made my teeth alot better not chipd thak him thanks see u monday thank u again
