10/10 experience at Heyday Dental. Receptionist was super kind and communicative with me throughout the process of pulling my insurance. Overall the staff was very kind and the atmosphere was relaxing. Will be switching over for all my dental needs from now on! :)

I would highly recommend Dr. Xie for your dental needs! Usually I hate going to the dentist's office. It's not because I don't like my teeth cleaned and fixed, I definitely do. I just get super anxious about what the doctor could tell me is wrong with my teeth and what I need to have done to them. But I'm so glad I found this place! They take good care of me and make everything easy and comfortable.

Really awesome experience with Heyday Dental!! I had both my cleaning and crown service done here. All the clinic staffs are super professional, friendly, and showing lots cares to patients during the treatment. I've been dreading going to the dentist because I've had some bad experiences in the past. I was pleasantly surprised by how painless the whole experience was at Heyday. Making the appointment was a breeze, which is great for people like me who have anxiety and hate making appointments. I was immediately put at ease by the receptionist upon my arrival, she was very kind and welcoming. The office is very clean and organized. The dentist and her assistant were very thorough and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, doing the fillings, and putting on the crown. They made sure that I wasn't feeling any pain during the whole procedure, and I left the office feeling quite confident in my smile.

I went to Heyday couple of times for different treatments recently. Dr. Xie is professional and everything went smoothly and efficiently. Their equipment is brand new and the environment is decent and comfortable. Plenty of parking and they open on Saturdays. Definitely a perfect dentist for entire family.

My root canal failed within two months, and my husband's root canal cap fell twice; Dr. Dani did both. However, my experience was the worst. The filling that is supposed to stay in the root cavity pierced a hole on the side of my gum and came out. When I went back to Dr. Dani, she took an x-ray and told me that it was not infected yet and offered no solution. I was very confused by this answer; it infuriated me, and I asked further questions on why it came out so early and how is it possible for the filling to pierce a hole in my gum unless it was placed incorrectly. Instead of offering a logical explanation, Dr. Dani blamed me by telling me that she had warned me about the "bad prognoses" of the tooth and that it was not her fault if it came off. I would have never agreed to waste my time and money if Dr. Dani had taken the time to explain the condition of my tooth in detail by pointing at the x-ray instead of using medical terminology like "bad prognoses," which I barely understood at that time. Now I have to get my tooth extracted and put an implant. After going through all this, Dr. Dani asked me, "tell me honestly, Rubina, what have you lost," I think, implying that my tooth was so bad that it was anyways going to fall. So what if it's falling after wasting your time and money on it.

Great experience! Dr. Xie is pretty professional. She did the impacted wisdom teeth extraction well. Actually, I visited a dentist three months ago in another agency, but the dentist was unwilling to do the impacted wisdom teeth extraction as it was difficult. In comparison, Dr. Xie did an excellent job. The wound recovered quickly. I didn't feel much hurt even after the anesthesia wore off - I slept well that night. BTW, the people here are really nice!

I had my cleaning and filling done at heyday and it was a great experience. Staff here are friendly and Dr. Dani is really professional. The deep clean was done quickly and I did not have to go for two separate times to get it done as I used to do in other places. Dr. Dani checked all my conditions and also gave me a lot of advices to keep my teeth in good shape. Will definitely come back for my regular cleaning and other dental needs.
