Since opening our doors in 1988, we have had the honor to get to know so many wonderful people, while helping each change their life. Were proud of our people-focused practice, where we tailor each visit, every procedure, and the whole of the orthodontic experience to you.
A native of Hahira and a graduate of Lowndes High School, Dr. Morris attended Valdosta State University, where he completed his undergraduate education. He attended the Georgia Health Sciences University College of Dental Medicine, where he received his dental degree. Dr. Morris practiced general dentistry in Valdosta for several years before attending the Vanderbilt University Orthodontic Center to undergo his orthodontic training and residency.
Dr. Morris met his wife Megan shortly after returning to the area, and they reside in Valdosta. They have four young sons Nicholas, Andrew, Connor, and Henry who keep them on their toes! They attend Crossroads Baptist Church and enjoy the church family there.
As avid outdoor enthusiasts, Dr. Morris and Megan can often be found jogging and biking around the neighborhood with their boys. They also enjoy swimming and boating together during the warmer months. As the weather cools, Dr. M participates in a variety of bird-hunting excursions. His passion for college football is also evident: He and Nicholas are coaching the younger boys on their GO DAWGS chant!
Dr. Wayne Hester grew up locally in Berrien County. An avid interest in aviation led him to pursue a degree in aerospace engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Dr. Hester served in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. His engineering background, coupled with a desire to help others, led him to pursue a career in dentistry.
Dr. Hester graduated from the Georgia Health Sciences University with his dental degree and practiced general dentistry in his hometown of Nashville. His combined interest in dentistry and engineering proved to be a great foundation for the field of orthodontics and brought him back to GHSU for an additional two years of specialty training. Dr. Hester returned to South Georgia to serve friends and neighbors in his hometown area.
Dr. Hester has practiced orthodontics in Valdosta since 1988. He continues to pursue the latest educational and technological advances, which enable him to serve as a premier orthodontic provider in the area.

Just recently got my braces off. I had them on for over 3 years. Every single time I went there the employees there were friendly such a great staff. I recommend getting your braces here.

I loved it there! My very first time was amazing, everyone was nice and helpful. The facility was clean and decorated pretty. The doctors explained everything to me as many times as I needed them to and we came up with a plan, they didn't leave me out! They made sure I understood what was going on! They make going to get dental work/ orthodontic work non stressful and very calming.

Dr. Morris and staff are very friendly and professional. They are very thorough and explain what they are doing at each appointment. My boys love visiting the office. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an orthodontist and a beautiful smile.

I just have to say something about the Hester & Morris team. My 8 year old son Hunter started going to them due his mouth being overcrowded. From the very first day, they were so welcoming to us. He seen them quite a bit and then on June 29th we found out that he had a brain tumor and had to go through radiation and chemo treatments. We had to stop his Ortho treatments due to him not being able to where his Invisalign like he is supposed to. We contacted them and told them what was going on and they have went above and beyond with their service. I receive constant messages from them asking about my son and how he is doing with treatments. As a mom going through this with him, it melts my heart to know they are still behind us 100 percent. Even though we moved to a new state during the whole process, I will gladly drive back to Valdosta for them to treat my son after his treatments are over with and for my other children's Ortho needs. They are hands down the best Ortho team. Thank you guys so much for all you have done and the constant reminder that my son is on your minds. Candice

I love this office. All 4 of our children were cared for my Dr Hester and Dr. Morris. The office staff is top notch especially Perri! Thank you for giving my children the most beautiful smile!!

I absolutely LOVE Hester & Morris Orthodontics. Both doctors are super friendly, easy to talk to, and truly care about you. I feel that same way about all the staff. I have been going to Hester and Morris since 2014. Two of my daughters who are now 23 and 19 both had braces during middle school and high school and now I am currently in my last stages of treatment myself. If you want to go to a place where you feel comfortable, safe, and cared for, this is the place for you. Thank you Hester & Morris Orthodontics for making all three of us look and feeling amazing.

We love Hester and Morris. I have 2 children who are currently seeing Dr. Morris. Each having their own set of "issues" to be corrected. One child is in Invisalign and the other traditional braces. Dr. Morris and his team are fabulous, which is why we drive over an hour to see him. Liz is AMAZING too. She meets us in our hometown to bring any supplies that we may need without having to make the drive for a 2 min supply (retainers usually) pickup.

I have had the privilege of having met the doctors both in office and in the community and have enjoyed the family friendly and warm atmosphere that is created by them. Two kids and one adult later, we have been overly pleased by the professionalism and efficiency of their process as well as the results of three great smiles.

I have taken all three of my kids to Hester and Morris and they are great. The staff is always friendly and quick. I never had to wait beyond my appointment time. In addition my kids teeth and smile look amazing.

Nice customer service. Make sure you get everything done before your brace come off. After the braces off they'll see you for free after that you will be charged. They should come with a warranty even your retainers you'll have to pay for if they need adjusted.

My wife both of my children as well as myself have used Dr Morris & Dr Hesters. I got Invisalign braces rather late in life but could not be more pleased with the results. Everyone in the office is top notch. I would highly recommend Dr Morris and his staff for your orthodontist needs.
