2 failed fillings. 1 failed root canal. Most of the dental work I had here had to be repeated elsewhere. I do not recommend.

They worked with me to get me in after I broke my tooth. Friendly ladies at the front desk. Very relaxing atmosphere. Explained everything in detail.

Wonderful. Receptionists were cordial and efficient. Hygienist Christina was very very good. Dr. Cheryl was friendly and professional during her examination.

The best dentist office I have ever been to (and unfortunately I've been to a few). The staff are so kind and efficient. Both doctors take the time to explain what they are doing and why. Before agreeing to a treatment plan, the staff explain the rationale and the billing realities behind the plan. Frankly excellent.

This is nothing against the person who helped me today. She was kind and did the best she could for me. I'm just completely bowled over by the increase in the price of mouth guards. Last year I got a mouth guard because I grind my teeth in my sleep. This summer I noticed a crack and small hole in my guard so I called to get a new one. I was told when I set my appointment that the mouth guard would cost $200, the same price as it was when I got a guard last year. Not only did I have to come back in for a new scan when my previous scan that was still on file would have been sufficient (was told that they couldn't just re-send the old scan to the company that makes the mouth guards), the price of a mouth guard has apparently increased by 237% in the last 18 months. I was told my insurance would cover the visit fee (which I was told was another $187). So all in, to get a mouth guard at full price I (along with my insurance company) would be expected to pay $662 for a mouth guard?!?! That's insane. The clinic knows this is an out of pocket expense for most (if not all) patients, how is this price acceptable? While the staffer asked for an exception to allow me to purchase my guard at the previously quoted price of $200 (and I appreciate that), I think Heartland Dental is a large enough dental company to find a mouth guard partner that won't price gouge their patients like this.

I had a very great and pleasant experience! I could tell that the people here care more about my dental well-being and having a human connection than of making money! You can tell the purpose of this place is to help others by the attitude of the people and those in the office, which was very cordial and considerate! The hygienist was transparent and helped cultivate a happy, humorous, and enjoyable attitude while being here, and the office here was very helpful in scheduling a visit for the next day with short notice! Overall I'm happy with my experience! This is the kind of passion and positive energy that most dentists' places should have!

Excellent cleaning and I really liked the dentist and the hygienist. They also had a lady who helped me with a plan to get my necessary dental work done at a reasonable price. All in all a pleasant dental visit. I highly recommend this office.

I met with Tanya Nielsen for a 2nd opinion on having a tooth extracted and an evaluation of the condition of the neighboring tooth. She explained what was going on in that area of my mouth, and the options open to me. Her explanations were clear as she explained the pros, cons, and consequences of each of the options. I highly recommend her and her knowledgeable staff.
