This Ortho is one of the best. My first visit for me and my daughter's consultation, we felt so welcomed and the Doctor took his time to go over every question. I never once felt rushed. Dom at the front desk is always so kind and nice and always makes sure every question was answered and made my daughter feel more relax about getting her braces put on. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone looking for a Ortho. Thank you Hess Ortho!!!

I have had such an awesome experience with Hess Orthodontist. I'm here today 05/18/2022 with my third child getting braces. Hess Orthodontist has an awesome team that's very caring and informative.

Always a great experience here! Everyone is so friendly, patient and gentle. My daughter is never nervous about coming in for her appointments. She's still in treatment, but her smile has transformed already! Very happy with results. Dr. Baker, Cristina and the entire team are awesome!! Highly recommend this orthodontist!

Was on my way down to Florida when I got problem with my restrainer. Called Dr Hess and got an appointment faster than I thought. Was not a regular patient.Great service and competence, was beyond what I expected. Thank you to all employees I met. You saved my life. A grateful snowbird

I came in with my son for a consultation. After waiting for 45 minutes past our appointment time, we still hadn't been taken back to speak to anyone. So, we left. I never met the doctor. The rest of the staff was pleasant and professional. Maybe they had a few emergencies that day, I don't know, but we had to be somewhere else and couldn't continue waiting for an unknown amount of time and then start the consult, which they said was about an hour. I'm honestly writing this review because they plant a tree for each review, so... The office was nice and clean, as was the restroom.

Personnel were very nice and professional. I got retainers from them. They were able to do a 3D scan of my teeth instead of using the molds, which was awesome! I would recommend this Orthodontist to anyone who needed it. I would go back to them any day.

Dr Popat and team are great. They kept me informed and included me in the treatment plan. I am very pleased with my Invisalign results. I highly recommend them!

The staff and doctors were very nice and friendly. I had to transfer my care from Seattle and they were very informative and professional. I would definitely recommend them.
