Dental assistants are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and nice. They got us in and out very quickly today! My son's cavity got filled fast and efficiently. Highly recommend Dr. Patel, he does a great job!

Horrible customer service. Received a letter saying that my family and I no longer are able to receive services there because we miss just one appointment. I called them and asked for an explanation. They said that it was because I miss my appointment (according to the policy you need to miss three appointments). She realized at the office made a mistake, but never apologize instead told me "I can pass the information to the office manager and see what we can do" No, thank you We found a different dentist

Dr. Rani is an amazing and talented dentist. Our entire family of four goes to see her. She possesses great bedside manner and is always friendly. She makes us fell comfortable and does really great work.

I recently had eight upper and lower porcelain caps put on my teeth and Dr. Patal and his staff were nothing short of fantastic. The level of professionalism and personal reassurances went beyond my expectation and the results were amazing. I highly recommend this practice.

My first visit at this office and it was a great experience. The dental hygienist Ashley was very thorough. She was also very kind and considerate of my preferences. The office is very clean and they do an amazing job making sure you are comfortable. Will definitely be recommending Hershey Dental Care to friends and family.

This people will try to screw your Credit and threaten you that their lawyer will screw you. They called my friend I was right next to him on speaker. The lady was so rude and simply threatens you. Even tough the fault was on their side they were so rude.

The office staff is horrible. My family and I are new patients so I tired to get us all in on the same day 8 months ago, well they can't do that. So I have 3 trips to make and I have a full time job They call to reschedule you and call cause they didn't set up appointments right. They also couldn't take my information down correctly. On top of it they give you only 2 to 3 hours to confirm your appointment the day before. Fire the whole front desk cause they don't know what they are doing. Then my kids have to go back to get fillings and the dates are all over the place. The first child I brought in has to wait until October but the other two is in early September. Like what? Fix this problem or you will loose all your patients. Sorry not sorry

I have been with Hershey Dental Care for several years now. The new place is very nice. Dr.Patel and his staff are very good and professional. I have always liked that they make you feel welcome and explain everything to before you have it done or will need it done. They also do there very best to get you in and out. Thank you, everyone!

For years I hadn't been to a dentist because of my fear and anxiety was off the chart. I had an emergency and picked Hershey Dental Care. I knew things were bad and on their way to worse. As a result of my lack regular visits major work was needed. The first visit was the hardest. This is a no judgement zone and they were very comforting. They listened to my concerns. Worked with me through multiple appointments and now I have a new smile that I cannot thank Dr. Patel and Bobbi enough for. I can now go back and feel confident in the fact that they will take the best care of me and my dental needs. Thank you all so much!!!!

If you are state insured Gateway do not I repeat do not schedule yourself here. Especially if you are in need of approvals for root canal or work. Dr. Bhargav Patel is only in it for the paycheck my opinion I wasnt worth it to him . Known I was a complex tmj TN patient in need of continued care the office took me on a a new patient after a seven month wait only to pawn me off as a number when approvals and paperwork for my complex case became overwhelming due to the way state insurance does billing and b.l.e. I have never been more offended.

Terrible and unprofessional. I called to reschedule my appointment but the lady started yelling at me because she couldn't find my name in the system. And then hung up on me. When I called again, she said I wasn't allowed to call and her manager will contact me

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's since November 2018. I first saw Dr. Patel in the Harrisburg office and subsequently followed him to his Hershey practice. I find the entire practice to be professional, personable and kind. I have seen Dr. Patel, Dr. Rani and Dr. Kapoor. In all instances, the treatment plan was discussed and questions from either party were answered. The new location is quite lovely and aesthetically pleasing. I recommend Hershey Dental Care.
