Each year, Dr. Hersh completes many hours of continuing education courses. He knows its essential to remain at the forefront of innovations and new technology in orthodontics, and brings the best to the practice. The office also provides continuing education courses to local dentists. Dr. Hersh believes in not only giving back to the community in which we live, but to the dental community in which we work.

Dr. Hersh and his wife Susan are happily married. He has three daughters:Michelle, Jessica, and Rebecca. The family also shares their life with two dogs, Layla and Taz. When hes not working, Dr. Hersh enjoys time with family and friends. He also likes dancing with a local dance group, playing floor hockey and many different sports, and traveling.

In addition, Dr. Hersh keeps very busy throughout the community. He has servedon the West Bloomfield School Board for the past 12 years and is currently president of the board. He also sitson the board of Camp Tamarack and the Holocaust Memorial Center.

I love developing strong relationships with each patient while we work on creating their new smile. When a person knows their teeth are healthy and straight, they smile and laugh openly and their self-confidence increases. By participating in continuing education courses throughout the year, Dr. Beattie remains current on changes in treatments, technology, and materials. These courses ensure each patient benefits from the latest treatments and receives the lasting, beautiful smile they want, always in a comfortable manner.

Dr. Beattie shares her life with her husbandAdam, daughter Cameren, and sonCarson, along with the family dog, Mazi. Spending time with her loved ones is Dr. Beatties priority away from work. She also enjoys photography projects, running and fitness, and cooking. By the way, she can whistle almost any song in tune, so long as she can keep from smiling in the process. Go ahead: Ask her to do so at your visit!

I am a peopleperson, through and through. Its a joy to get to know each of my patients and their families. I love our conversations and what we learn from each other. Theres always a lot of shared laughter during their visits, and thats wonderful! Developing friendships with each personwhile we work toward straightening their teeth, and seeing them change and grow in the process, is immensely rewarding.

Dr. Isenberg recognizes that oral healthcare, and orthodontics in particular, requires constant learning. She participates in multiple continuing education opportunities throughout the year, and always seeksthe latest proven treatments and technologies that will enhance her patients results.

Dr. Isenbergs life is shared with her husbandRobert, sonJonathan,daughter Julietteand the familys yellow Labrador retriever, Suzy. Spending quality time with her family is Dr. Isenbergs top priority when shes not with her patients. She also enjoys boating, water sports,cooking and yoga.

I love watching each persons confidence grow as they move through their orthodontic treatment. Of course, the best day is seeing their incredible finished smiles and how happy they are! I handle our accounts receivable, collections, payroll, and scheduling.

I enjoy seeing each patient transform during their treatment, as they become more confident and outgoing. Its so rewarding seeing their beautiful, healthy smiles when they finish care. I handle our sponsorships, donations, and school presentations, in addition to working at the front desk.

I like getting to know each of our patients and their families. Seeing patients smiling as they arrive, and watching that smile change over time, is incredible. I welcome patients, answer phones, schedule visits, and verify insurance.

I love how orthodontics is unique to each patient: their needs and concerns, and their finished smile, are all their own! I coordinate schedules between the front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow. I am also involved in patient care and order our supplies.

I love seeing the positive changes in a patients self-esteem as their teeth shift and they start to see their new smile develop. I assist our doctors with putting on braces and appliances, adjusting braces, and making retainers. I also answer our phones and schedule visits.

I love having a job that builds self-esteem and improves the overall confidence of wonderful people. Seeing all the gorgeous smiles at the end of treatment is the best! I am here to help patients during their visits, to providecare and especiallysupport through their journey!
