Hands down the best dentist I have found in the valley. So knowledgeable and friendly, creating a safe environment (for someone who has many terrible dentist experiences) and explained all her decisions to make sure I know what to expect and helping me gain knowledge in the process. I would Highly recommend Dr. Rachel Brown, I am very pleased with all the work she has done. I will be back again in the future

Saw Dr Brown for the 1st time - she is terrific. Cleaned my teeth like non other! Very friendly - think she'd be great w children. Replaced an old filling - Dr Brown is a perfectionist!

I actually liked the new dentist and was looking forward to getting some attention to my teeth. Unfortunately there is no automatic reminder for appointments and I thought mine was the next day. After 20 min I received a text message that I missed my appointment - I immediately called and said I could come in or reschedule but they informed me that I would not be welcome back ever!! I am not sure what kind of care this is but I have never actually heard of this type of treatment for missing an appointment. The dentist knows that I am in need of treatment and that there are no other options in this small valley for me. Very upset and frustrated.

Best dentistry in the valley! I went here as a child growing up and continue to choose to come here as an adult for all of my dentist and cleaning needs! Dr. Ross and Dr. Brown are super knowledgeable, friendly, and comforting! The Willits location is also amazingly convenient and the atmosphere inside makes me actually ENJOY going to the dentist! I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this Dental office. Not only were Herschel & Rachel professional, they were also very friendly, warm, and relatable. They took the time with me to answer all of my questions and discuss my options. I also loved the environment which felt comfortable and relaxing. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for a dentist.

I have lots of experience with dentist growing up with really bad teeth; This dentist is the absolute best. All around great person, bedside manner is excellent, listened to all my concerns. The technology is top of the line. The procedure was clean, quick and efficient and best of all pain free. I couldn't recommend him more.
