The got me in for an emergency a few weeks back and I'm so glad they did! I had been in pain for over 2 weeks with no reprieve after a visit with my previous dentist. I came in to get evaluated and got a referral for an endodontist and was able to get in same day with him, because this office called for me to schedule the appointment. I had to come back for more dental work after a root canal and they were so quick, efficient and friendly. I am now moving my entire family to this practice!

I got two cavities filled here and they didn't num my mouth properly Shortly after I lost a big chunk of one of the teeth they had worked on I called in to get it fixed but they were booked for MONTHS. My mom also swears they created a new cavity while they were poking inside her mouth for a checkup.

I would advise another dentist. They treat their patients very badly. And the front desk remind me of a hen house. Squaking and laughing at patient's. It's a weird place.

Searching for an in-network Dental provider can be a hassle so I really wanted Herriman Family Dental to be a long-term fit. Unfortunately, after back-to-back negative experiences, I will be searching elsewhere for dental needs. My first appointment I had a cavity filled. I've had cavities filled before so I knew to expect a shot for numbing, but without even saying "hello," Dr. Lambert sat down, said "open" then grabbed the syringe and administered the shot to the inside of my cheek. Even knowing I would need a shot, I was shocked that he gave me zero head's up that it was coming. From there, the whole process felt rushed. I mentioned my mouth was tingly, but not yet fully numb, but Dr. Lambert proceeded to drill anyway and told me to speak up if I felt any discomfort. The drilling was overly abrasive and uncomfortable, not because it was a filling procedure, but because he was trying get the job done as quickly as possible without taking my comfort into consideration. Dr. Lambert mentioned it "had been a long day" and that he had a few patients to wrap up before day's end, so that explains why the whole thing felt rushed. My second appointment (6 months later) was a routine checkup. Since I work full-time, I booked during my lunch hour to avoid missing more of my workday. The cleaning with the hygienist was wrapping up - she just had to polish & floss - when Dr. Lambert came over asking if she was nearly ready in a tone that said, "What's taking so long." Clearly flustered, the hygienist proceeded to finish up as hastily as possible, resulting in painful and aggressive flossing. When she called the dentist over, he was wearing gym clothes, to which he addressed by saying, "Sorry for the unprofessional attire, I'm trying to get to the gym during my lunch break." He then pointed out a cavity from my old X-Rays to which the hygienist corrected him saying, "These are her X-rays from 6 months ago - you already filled that cavity." Long story short, I don't expect dentist appointments to be a grand ol' time, but I do expect to be treated like a human being at the bare minimum. I shouldn't feel like the dentist only sees me as a mouth of teeth. OR, that my appointment is an inconvenience because the dentist wants to get to the gym DURING office hours, or get home after a long day. If all dentist appointments were like mine at Herriman Family Dental, I'd fully understand why people are anxious about going to the dentist.

Great dentist office! It's clean, quick, and kind! I think they floss a bit too hard but that could just be a me thing. Anyway, I'm always glad to go and leave with beautiful, clean teeth.

I made an appointment concerned I had a chip on the back of my front tooth. They were able to get me in for an appointment the next day! I explained my concern when I got there and they took X-rays to make sure everything was ok. It turns out it was remaining cement from a permanent retainer that was removed years before that chipped off. Dr. Lambert quickly filed it down and told me it would be no charge. I was in and out of the office in under 10 minutes! They were amazing and I appreciate the honesty and efficiency in taking care of my problem. I would highly recommend Herriman Family Dental, especially Dr. Lambert!
