This is by far the best dental office I have ever gone to and look forward to coming here which is crazy because I do not like going to the dentist! They make you feel so comfortable and I truly feel like I am in the best hands when it comes to my dental health. Super affordable, I would recommend to everyone. 12/10!!!!

Excellent Dr and Staff Besides the Great Dr he is , Dr Alvarez is the Honestest Dr I ever met

I had a bad bite because of a crown that was installed by a different provider for over 2 years. When the crown fell off, Eric was not only able to reinstall the crown and fix my bite! I didn't know what I was missing because I guess my body got used to it but my jaw doesn't hurt anymore and my bite is perfect! Thank you Dr. Alvarez! Ps: he is so very helpful. Even during the pandemic when they were closed down he called me and walked me through some dental issues I was having and gave me a great referral.

I had not felt so comfortable with a dentist in years. For many years I returned to my country to do my dental checkups, even those of simple routine, now I am sure that story ends. Thank you!

Great dental office and staff. Had a filling done. Doctor is kind and considerate of his patients. He doesn't rough house the patient's mouth like other dentists tend to do. 5/5

Was told when I made the appointment that I didn't need to stop taking my blood thinners prior to my cleaning. When I got there the dentist went over my medical history and the fact that I'm on blood thinners and he was fine with doing my cleaning... then when I told him I wasn't interested in a deep cleaning only a regular cleaning he told me he was uncomfortable doing my cleaning because of the blood thinners. (Even though I had just started them and was not yet at a therapeutic level). It seemed every obvious that he used this as an excuse since he couldn't upsell me. He told me he would email me a quote of the cost for my filling ( which he never did) and to get a note from my hematologist saying it's ok for him to do the cleaning. When I told my hematologist about this she was shocked that he would require that for only a cleaning. It was a waste of my time and very unprofessional.... I wouldn't recommend unless you want to pay for procedures that the dentist convinces you to get instead of ones you actually need.

Great experience replacing a cap. Everything went according to plan and Dr Alvarez was more concerned about the perfect color match then I was. In addition, the staff was friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands. I had a positive experience, and I would highly recommend.

My treatment by Dr. Alvarez has been exemplary on every level. I would highly recommend him. He has guided my treatment for several years never hesitating to answer questions or working with me, even when he is not part of the treatment at that point.

I wish I had found Heron Bay Dental sooner! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Alvarez saw me on short notice and stayed past office hours to fix two problem teeth. He put in the extra time to do everything correctly. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go to Heron Bay Dentistry.
