Dr. Ami Joshi is originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She attended Arizona State University for her B.S. in Kinesiology and also attended A.T. Still University. She started her dental career at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health for her D.M.D. and Masters in Public Health. Dr. Joshi has worked at community health dental clinics across the country and has extensive experience with pediatric and general dentistry. She volunteers annually at AZ Mission of Mercy and recently volunteered on a dental and medical mission trip in Fiji. In her free time, Dr. Joshi enjoys spending time with her dog, her family, and friends. Some of her hobbies include hiking, painting and watching tv.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They're all so gentle and took care of me. Best dental experience I've ever had. Had 3 teeth pulled. Didn't feel a think they were so hospitable to gentle. And I'm terrified of dentists. Ty Hermosa team for an amazing experience truly.

Mannnn this office is so unprofessional, they never answer the phone and when they do they tell you someone will call you back and the never will.. i had my teeth cleaned 12/2021 and was supposed to receive a complimentary whitening tray with my insurance. The lady kept messing the trays up which caused me to have to leave and come back and when i did so the tray didn't fit so she had to mold me again and i would have to come back again when i came back the second time to pick up she told the mold had broken... so why not call me and let me know not to come.... I have been calling them since then about my trays and have never gotten an answer.. I also had to come back after getting fillings because they were unbalanced and threw my whole bite off to where my teeth weren't touching in the back at all... to make matters worse my insurance also informed me they never sent over my X-rays for proof of prices.... It's giving scamosa instead of hermosa. Oh and let's not forget even if you have the earliest appointment you will still wait in the lobby for an hr-2before you're serviced.. this caused me to call in for work the first time and the second time i went to get a consultation from the ortho i had to reschedule my appointment due to them taking nearly 2 hrs making me late for work.

I highly recommend Hermoso Dental. The staff is really nice, caring, accommodating, and efficient. It's also a great environment. Dr. Ami Joshi is amazing! She really cares and provides high quality service. I get at ease and trusts her professional judgment and the care she provides.
