Dr. Benjamin Phillips, DDS is a general dentist who completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University. He then continued onto Colorado State University for post baccalaurate coursework in Biochemistry before attending The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school he also completed an externship in oral surgery and a minor in endodontics. After graduation while practicing in the Bangor area, Dr. Phillips has treated a wide variety of patients including children and adults of all ages.
Dr. Phillips is a member of the American Dental Association, Maine Dental Association, and Penobscot Valley Dental Society. Dr. Phillips has completed continuing education in many aspects of dentistry and believes in offering comprehensive, high quality care in a comfortable and calming environment for the whole family, children and adults alike.

Great dentist quick to get you in if you have a issue Dr Phillips fixed a tooth that another dentist wanted me to have pulled when he first opened he called me after a hour or so of having a filling to check on me and I knew then that he was the dentist for me thanks Dr Phillips

Terrible experience dentist was very rough leaned very hard on my sons face made him cry and all he would do is smile. He reminds me of someone that was bullied and trys to take it out on his clients. His teeth constantly hurt now

I just cannot say enough great things about this practice. They're lovely. The front staff are always super friendly and helpful, and the waiting area is very pleasant. My hygienist is really encouraging when I go in for cleanings and has given me great advice that is improving my gum health. And the dentist is AMAZING. I used to have a paralyzing fear of dentists, but his calm, friendly attitude, PAINLESS Novocain shots, and excellent work have completely turned that around. As long as I live in Maine, I want to continue coming here.

Dr. Phillips and his crew are top notch. Clean, modern, professional facility and all of the staff are very personable. My teeth have never felt as good as they do right now.
