Warning: be very careful when asking about insurance coverage here. They were not upfront with me. They informed me that they accepted my insurance, but did not mention they were not considered an in network provider. They had quickly scheduled a few procedures and they did an excellent job. The low rating does not reflect the quality of the dental work performed. The problem is I got hit with a very large bill and it was at that time I was informed that they were not an in network provider. When I brought this up, they agreed that they failed to mention that fact because I didn't specifically ask. I started making payments as I could and then the pandemic struck making it impossible to continue the payments. They quickly called me and left a message stating they would be sending me to collections. I called them back and discussed the situation and they apologized for the threatening voicemail and agreed to not worry about it until things improved. Things still have not improved months later and now they have sent me to collections without a second call or message, I just got a call from a collections agency. I tried calling the dentist to see if we could work something out, but had no luck - was told to work it out with the collection agency. So, just be careful unless the cost is of no concern. By the way, this is over a balance due under $500. Another voicemail or letter in the mail prior to a call from a collections agency would have been a much better way to handle this in my opinion.

I will never visit a dentist aside from Dr. Hemance if I can help it. She is very caring and creates as little pain as possible. The hygienists and office staff are so wonderful. I highly recommend.

Dr Hermance is always very thorough in explaining a procedure Step by step or what I may need to have done. She doesn't want you to be uncomfortable and always checks to make sure during the procedure I'm not experiencing pain. She's very personable as is her staff, from Roz and Mark to all of the hygienists and assistants. Very happy here!

Great general dentistry and oral maintenance. Office staff is great, and Hygienists are wonderful. Dr. Hermance is very gentle and provides pain free services.

I will never visit a dentist aside from Dr. Hemance if I can help it. She is very caring and creates as little pain as possible. The hygienists and office staff are so wonderful. I highly recommend.
