Dr. Herman, a Caledonia native, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota (and played basketball for the Golden Gophers). She then attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery. Upon graduation in 2002, she purchased her dental practice from Dr. George Frisch.
Danielle received her hygiene degree from Rochester Technical College. She has been apart of our team since 2012. Her specialty is patient education and assisting patients in developing an efficient plan to keep their teeth and gums healthy. Danielle sincerely cares about patient comfort and relaxation while they are in her chair.
Evan received her hygiene degree from Rochester Technical College. She joined our team in 2020. She has enjoyed learning about her patients and providing them dental health education. Evan ensures that her patients are understanding and comfortable with their dental procedures.
Rachel joined our team in 2013 after receiving an associate degree from Rochester Community and Technical College in dental assisting. She finds that every day brings a new and stimulating challenge. With her caring personality and gentle touch she will make you feel at ease as she assists Dr. Herman chair-side.
Melissa received her Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Cloud State University. She joined our team in 2015 after moving back to her husband's hometown of Caledonia. She will greet you at the front counter, assists chair-side and does everything in between. She will make sure you are relaxed and comfortable from the beginning of your time here until the end.
Reegan joined the front desk team in 2020. She is originally from Waterloo, Iowa where she graduated in Dental Assistant. Reegan and her husband recently opened a gym in Caledonia called Alpha Performance.

My Family & I have been going to Herman Dental for a while now and it is a really great place for dental care. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and my hygienist does such a great job and is always willing to answer clarification questions to help me understand what's going on with my mouth! I highly recommend Herman Dental if you're looking for a dental care in the SE MN Area.

Dave has gained his smile back. Invisalign has given him a whole new look. The Staff is so friendly. It is so worth it, he drives an hour to go to Herman Dental. You won't be disappointed.

My children became patients at Herman dental because of a dental issue that required immediate care. Dr. Herman was able to get us in same day! The time she takes with each patient, explaining procedures and or preventive care is outstanding. The staff are so friendly and outgoing. From check-in to walking out makes your dental visit enjoyable! Would recommend her services to anyone young and old alike.

My recent cleaning was very well done with the most recent technology and techniques. Dental hygiene tips were provided and some problems were identified that were overlooked by my previous dentist. I was very satisfied with the results.
