Dr Park was able to provide me an emergency root canal. Staff were friendly and attentive which relieves anxiety. I felt as though I had been a patient for years. Highly recommend.

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal treatment and had a bad experience. First, the assistant prepped (isolate) the wrong tooth.I t's supposed to be number 15 not 14. During the treatment, she poorly prepared the surgical tools her doctor need that she had to run outside and get them multiple times. X-ray wasn't taken properly that Dr.Park said to her it could've be better. I know the tooth is deep inside but i've had it taken at my dentist's, I never felt like I wanted to throw up like I did here. Second, I was called a few days after by Dr.Park that there were 3 canals but she wasn't able to get one of them out because it's too deep and curvy. I got a refund of 654$ out of 1160$ that I paid. I came back to my dentist and told her what happened, my dentist have been referring a lot of her patients to Dr.Park but looking at my Xray with a confusing look on her face telling me she wondered why Dr.park couldn't finish it. I am wring this review just to share my experience because I undertstand things can happen sometimes. I like to believe Dr.Park was right about my tooth being deep and curvy even though I went to see another endodontist, had to pay another round to have it treated.

This was my first root canal with Dr.Parks and this was the first time that I actually walked away with pain that ibuprofen could take care of. I was very anxious before my root canal and the employees took my worries seriously and put me at ease. Very thankful!

I had my best experience at dentist for my root canal. Dr. Park and her staff are very professional, great communication skills, and detail oriented . They listen to my concerns and work with me around it. I strongly recommend her to anyone in need of endodontist.

This office's lack of taking a patients pain seriously (and pain is subjective) led me to the emergency room. Currently sitting in the ER following a root canal this morning. I called the office less than 2.5 hours after the procedure to explain how I was in intense pain, and had already taken an OTC anti-inflammatory medication with no relief. Obviously there is expected to be some some mild discomfort after a root canal, but this is beyond anything I have experienced. I have had at least five root canals in my lifetime. When I spoke with the front desk woman (Carmen), she brushed me off saying that, "a flare up is normal" or something to that effect. This was even after she called me back as I am crying and sitting in the Emergency room. Due to them being busy, she had not even gotten my message to the doctor yet. This is NOT how you treat patients. If a patient calls with a serious post-procedure concern like pain, this should be considered urgent. Dr. Park herself was nice, however I would never return to this office. Now I will have a large ER bill due to this office not taking care of me timely, and properly.

I was referred here by my dentist for a second RCT. My first was done elsewhere, and it was not a horrible experience but absolutely different from this second one. I wasn't very nervous after having met Dr. Kim-Park. She and her staff are very kind and compassionate. The numbing took a bit, and I'm pleased with the thorough job they did to ensure I was comfortable. However, the procedure was a breeze for me! My husband watched and said he was "in awe of their efficient teamwork". The root canal on my back molar was so quick (no more than 30 minutes!!!), I was in disbelief. Thank you for being amazing at what you do and making me feel so comfortable.

I myself have been a dental assistant for just over 30 years. Never in my life have I ever assisted or had a root canal done as quickly and as efficiently with the precision as Dr Kim did with me. I sat in the chair at 1:05 and I was OTD (Out the door) at 1:45. She drilled and filled three roots on my lower left molar (#18) which had a porcelain fused to metal crown that I've had for 30 plus years. My crown had seen it's better days and started leaking and causing decay under the crown and that's why I started to have pain. It was like having an Indianapolis pit crew working in my mouth. I know this will sound really strange but I had a really great experience having something done to me that most people fear. It almost makes me want to have another one (almost). Thank you Dr Kim you are "Sofa King" good !!

From the appointment scheduling to the day of my root canal, everyone I came in contact with was caring and professional. I had only a little discomfort later in the day and had to work 8 hrs following. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had a root canal done Sept 2019 by Dr. Park. I have high anxiety with this type of procedure and was already anxious before the appointment. The staff was friendly, however, once I sat in the chair, I felt like I was a number and not a person. I was done in 30 minutes and felt like they were trying to get as many done as they could in a day. I cried through the whole procedure. When I was done they said it looked good and I left, traumatized. I still have tooth pain 14 months later. We have since moved to another state and I went to another endodontist to try to see why it still hurt. They took a 3D x-ray which showed two of the canals were not cleared to the bottom of the root, thus my continuing tooth pain. Today I had to have another procedure to re drill my roots to the bottom of the canals. I had anxiety upon arrival, however, this experience was completely opposite of what I experienced at Heritage Park. He makes sure you are comfortable and completely numb and took his time to make sure it was done right, taking around 90 minutes to complete the procedure. The whole feel of the office was calm and the patient is made to feel like they are the most important focus. I believe that because Dr. Park was going so fast on the procedure that she wasn't as careful and thorough with my tooth. If you have any anxieties at all, I would not go to Heritage Park Endodontists.

Very disappointed with this place. Referred here from an excellent dentist that tried a root canal but had a piece of the tool break on them. Needed a root canal on #19. Have a tooth behind it in bad shape that needs extracting (#18) but has no pain whatsoever. Went into first visit not in pain and was given an appointment 18 days out. I had hoped to receive treatment that day to prevent prolonging it since it felt a little heavy even though there was no pain. I called the next day when it felt heavier and an abscess forming to try to stay ahead of it. They instructed me to just keep taking the antibiotics I was given from the other dentist and give it a couple of days. I offered to be on standby for a cancelation appointment with even an hours notice due to wanting to take care of this ASAP. I called back after 2 days extremely painful knowing it wasn't working and having had an abscess before knowing that the Antibiotic should taper the pain and swelling a little. It did not. Upon calling back they said they would call another stronger antibiotic in. I start it and have the same result after 2 days. I called them back again letting them know I can come in whenever and even wait if I have to get out of the excruciating pain. They told me to give it another day it's only been in my system for 24-48 hours give it some time to work. Continue taking Tylenol and ibuprofen back to back. I told them I had to take a pretty significant amount which I didn't like to just to work. They got my 1 cancellation appointment that lowered it down from 18 total days to 13 total days. I called a total of 4 times. After the second antibiotic didn't work I was a few days away from the appointment so they essentially just had me hold out! I get there after waiting 13 days and called multiple times telling them it's still very swollen to have them tell me it is very swollen. You need to get the tooth #18 removed that's where this is coming from! I told them multiple times when they asked which tooth is hurting it was #19. The pain never started until the attempted root canal. I was certain it was #19. They said "sorry we cannot do the root canal on this tooth with this swelling and it's the tooth behind it causing the pain and swelling. Get it removed and come back! I asked what do I do while I wait for another appointment to have the #18 extracted from another dentist if I'm still swollen and down to my last 2 pills of antibiotics. They said you'll just have to try to get it done quickly! Fast forward 2 days later my girlfriend recommended I get a second opinion since she's saw me in pain and taking lots of Tylenol and ibuprofen. I saw Dr. Sheats in cool springs and they test the tooth with a cold tip and verified the tooth that was causing the swelling. He said it's definitely #19. You are very swollen. How can I help? Do you want to do this right now? He said I don't like swelling and I want to get the swelling down and you out of pain right now! He does the root canal and prescribes me 2 antibiotics to take right then as well as a steroid. I was immediately better and baffled as to why Parks office saw me twice in between 2 weeks and still couldn't solve the issue. Best of all he was $200 cheaper!! The office staff wasn't very helpful at all either. I agree with other reviews that they treated me as the problem and not my tooth! If you are experiencing pain do NOT make the same mistake I did. I highly recommend Dr. Sheats in Cool Springs! He saw me in 2 days upon my first phone call!

Since in their response they state that they can not find a chart with my name implying that I have never had service done there. I wanted to update my review to make it very clear that I have. And I have experienced first hand how nasty (mean) these people are and can be. ESPECIALLY the staff.

Had to get my first ever root canal today and I couldn't have asked for a better Dr.! Dr. Park and her assistant, Hailey were incredible. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. They definitely made me feel like I wasn't just another patient but more like they actually cared about me! 10/10 would recommend this place. Very clean and quick!!!

My 12 year old needed a root canal and we were worried to say the least. Dr. Park and her staff explained the procedure in detail and put our minds at ease. We opted for gas to help with nerves. The whole process was seamless and felt as routine as a basic filling, which they also handled after the procedure. During the procedure, he was able to listen to music on his phone and they checked with my kiddo every 90 seconds to make sure he was ok. Amazing!

The scheduling process was super easy and the women of the office are sweet. My assistant was extremely helpful and good about calming my increasing anxiety. Everyone warned me about the pain of a root canal, and after my google searches, I was preparing for the worst. But it was EASY PEASY! The numbing was fast and effective. Dr. Kim-Parks was very personable and easygoing. The overall care was great. 10 out of 10, I completely recommend!

Took my son to her several times with no issues whatsoever but this last time he had an infection and was in serious pain with the procedure. He stated he had to repeatedly request pain medication and that it was withheld! It became a dental emergency due to increased pain and he was crying. They gave him ibuprofen and a script for infection. When he came out he was screaming. They said it's time to go and we're worried about TIME going over! I spent 900$ that day are you serious? It hadn't been over an hour! And Dr Kim-Ward did not even write a script for PAIN! I had to refuse to leave without pain meds, asking exactly how many she prescribed and then I found out my son asked for an injection BEFORE leaving- they said no. I would have paid for it and appreciated help. I was at the ER Getting my son real treatment from a disappointed medical time at Tristar when she left me a voice mail! Harm none? Take her medical liscense. Please do not bring your children here and if you do be ready to FIGHT for a prescription
