Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Drs. Lang and Ramsey manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. All Oral Surgery & Implant Center doctors practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise in dental implant surgery, bone grafting and wisdom tooth removal, including techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our team can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.
The surgical staff at Oral Surgery & Implant Centers are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants. They are specially trained to assist with patient care before, during and after surgery, including assisting with both intravenous (IV) sedation and outpatient general anesthesia at all of our state-of-the-art locations. All of our staff are informed administrative personnel, well-versed in health and insurance policies, and are CPR certified. Patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery.

I had my oral surgery/teeth removed this morning at Heritage Oral Surgery. My experience was pleasant, the staff is great, nurses caring - Dr. Schneider, too. Only thing that could have been better is me taking care of my teeth & not getting into this situation But, now I have an awesome team to get me where I need to be.

Dr Lang and Dr Ramsey are simply the best, you are in good hands here. Staff is friendly and the doctors are extremely skilled. I've had several procedures done here and have only had the best experiences.

My implant experience at Heritage Oral Surgery & Implant Center was outstanding! I had an unsuccessful implant experience at other dental office. The surgeon drilled a hole into my gum, but unable to plant a post. He had to stitch it back my wound. I had huge pain and swollen for nothing. This is my second try. I found Oral Surgery Center. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. Dr.Lang is very kind, patient & very skillful. I was monitored with machine for my pulse , blood pressure during the process . The nurse offered a blanket for my feet.I was pretty nervous with my previous bad experience. It turned out the process was quick and painless. After the procedure, the nurse prepared a goody bag for antibiotics , pain medication and dental hygiene stuffs. You do not need to carry the pain and running to pharmacy to get all the medications. They even called me after few hours to check if I was doing ok. I am so glad to choose here for my important. I would never go anywhere else in the future! Thanks for Heritage! Thanks for Dr. Lang!

I am so happy I got a referral from my regular dentist Dr Chen at C Squared. I have had very bad dental experiences in the past so I am super nervous at dentists. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia and was pretty nervous for the surgery but it was so fast and easy! They really do take good of their patients. They even call to check on you post surgery! My experience at Heritage has been so great that I feel less nervous to go to dentist now. Dr Ramsey and the staff are so nice, patient and professional. I highly recommend!!
