To stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthodontics, Dr. Mark Douglas maintains memberships with the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Sacramento District Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the California Association of Orthodontists. Away from the office, Dr. Mark Douglas volunteers with the Smiles for Kids program.
Marion began her dental career over 30 years ago as a Registered Dental Assistant and later moved to the administrative side of dentistry. Marion is committed to making our patient experience in our office a positive one. Her goal is to incorporate her wealth of knowledge and customer service acquired over the years, to equip the team to best serve our patients. In her free time Marion enjoys photography and spending time with family and friends.
Kelsey graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Sciences (Nutrition and Food). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their family and friends. She always enjoys working out and taking her dog Bonnie on a walk.
Cara facilitates the new patient experience from x-rays and new patient photos to assisting chairside. Cara is committed to making each patient feel as comfortable as possible in the office. When she is not assisting patients, she is usually working out or attending baseball games with her husband Jason, son Landon, and pup Ollie
Stefani brings more than 10 years of dental experience, with many of those years in pediatrics. She loves educating patients on oral health and helping them take optimal care of their smile. When not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Danny, daughter, Ava, family, and friends.
Lindsay has been working in the dental field for 15 years. She is committed to building relationships with her patients and partnering in their dental hygiene needs. When not caring for her patients smiles, Lindsay enjoys spending time with friends and family, her husband Nate and children Brynn and Lucas.
Samira has been a dental hygienist for 7 years. She is passionate about educating her patients on how to achieve a healthy and happy smile and loves to make her patients laugh. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors.

My wife Christi found Heritage Oak Dental from a local group that highly recommended this office. I have a fair amount of dental work that needs to be done and I have had a cleaning and a tooth extraction this week. Hands down this is my favorite Dental Office to date. The office staff are all friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Ben Kloss is friendly and easy to talk with and did an amazing job on my recent visit. The office is clean, they have all the latest equipment and I couldn't recommend this office enough. would give this 10 stars if I could. :-)

Went to this place because it's right near my house. We moved up here 2 years ago and haven't been to the dentist since. Both dentist are goooddd lookin'! Dr. Kloss specifically worked on my teeth. He was really funny, kind, caring, and did I mention good lookin'? Anyways, my one tooth turned out great and I'll be back next month to get my other tooth done. So yes, I recommend this place! I had a great experience! Oh, and the facility is really modern, spacious, and clean :)

I love this office. Across the board... scheduling, reception, cleanliness, friendliness, sensitivity, knowledge, understanding, comprehensive billing and payment options. The Dr takes time reviewing procedures and helps set obtainable goals. This group seems more like family from day 1. :)

I started seeing Dr. Douglas many years ago when the dentist on my insurance plan told me I needed $3000 worth of "rework" on dental work I already had. I went to Dr. Douglas for a second opinion. I cancelled my insurance (and that dentist) and started seeing Dr. Douglas. I've never needed any of that work and have never looked back. My best friends had a similar experience with that same dentist and insurance and I recommended them to Heritage Oak Dental and they made the switch and also and have been really happy. I totally trust Dr. Douglas and have seen dramatic improvements in my dental health that I've never been able to achieve with any other dentist. Today I had an emergency and Dr. Douglas was booked, so I had an opportunity to be treated by Dr. Kloss who I also found to be knowledgeable, caring and has a great sense of humor which can reduce anxiety if you have concerns about seeing a dentist. Since I've been going to Heritage Oak Dental, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Everyone on the entire staff is kind, friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for an honest dental practice that truly has the best interest of their patients at heart, try Heritage Oak Dental. You won't be disappointed.

I have been going to this office for over six years. Dr. Douglas is awesome and my dental hygienists have always been amazing. Dr. Douglas provides quality care and operates his office with integrity. The front office has always conducted their interactions with excellent customer service. They operate their appointments well because I have never had to wait a long period of time in the waiting room to be called back for my appointment. Everyone in the office has always been friendly and upbeat.

The team at Heritage Oaks is awesome! I had to go in for an emergency and they got me in quickly and explained every step of the process to me. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kloss is amazing and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his work and always makes sure that you're well informed. Cannot recommend this team enough.
