Dr. Erin Pickwick is the daughter of Dr. Kathy Huber and her husband, David Sitz. Dr. Pickwick grew up helping in her mothers office from a very young age, and our long-time patients may recognize her from their previous visits to our office. In 2004, she graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Loyola University of New Orleans. She proceeded to the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry and graduated in 2010 as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. Dr. Pickwick pursued her advanced education in general dentistry residency through a year-long postgraduate program at the University of Alabama and the VA Medical Center in Birmingham. She has practiced in the Gwinnett area since completing her residency.
Dr. Pickwick has a lifelong commitment to continuing education, and regularly completes additional training to stay up to date in the modern advances of dentistry. She also devotes and volunteers her time to leading dental organizations such as the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association and the Hinman Dental Society. She is currently serving as president for the Georgia Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Pickwick lives in Lawrenceville with her husband, Ralph, and their two sons, Owen and Ethan. In their free time, they cherish being surrounded by family and sharing the experiences and adventures of travel, cooking and outdoor activities!
Lori has been with Heritage Family Dentistry since 1988. She grew up with a family that worked in the dental field: Her mother and sister were both dental assistants who inspired her to pursue her career in dentistry. Lori started as a dental assistant and was soon promoted to the front office coordinator and office manager. She has since received many certificates in office and practice management, as well as taken numerous dental continuing education courses.
Lori has an award-winning attitude and positive influence on our patients and staff. She loves our patients and does whatever she can to help them achieve the results they want to create a beautiful smile and improve their health. Lori is proud to work with such a wonderful group of women who are not only masters of their fields, but also feel like family.
Lori has been married to her husband, Wade, for over 28 years and has two children, Hunter and Hailey. Keeping with the family tradition, Hailey has been accepted into The Dental College of Georgia in Augusta and has begun her journey to become a Dentist. After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Hunter has pursued a career in Accounting . Lori loves traveling to the beach for herself and indulging her husband in his love of exploring big cities. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, riding motorcycles and spending time with her friends and family.
Ellie enjoys coming to the office every single day. She loves seeing our patients smiling faces and feels fortunate to work with an amazing team and wonderful doctor. She is always willing to help and encourage people and finds joy in learning something new every single day!
Ellie is originally from Bosnia but has lived in Georgia for most of her life. Ellie and her husband have two sons, Adin and Amar. They live here in the Grayson area and take great pride in serving the Grayson community.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling to the beach and mountains and just being outdoors in general. She plays volleyball and tennis, but spends most of her time chasing and playing with her boys.
Kimberly has been in the dental industry for 15 years. After receiving her certification as a dental assistant in 2005 at Athens Technical College, she continued her education to become a registered dental hygienist and graduated in 2007. She continues to expand her training by attending lectures and continuing education conferences to stay up on all the newest practices and procedures.
Kimberly is thankful every day to be part of the Heritage Family Dentistry team, which treats patients as family, not just as clients. She works one-on-one with patients to build trusting and lasting relationships that lead to positive dental experiences, especially for those who experience dental anxiety.
Kimberly grew up in Nicholson, a small town where her parents still reside. She stays busy on the weekends by spending time with her husband, Lee; stepchildren, Hunter and Harper; family and friends. During her free time, Kimberly likes hiking, camping, dog parks, concerts, church, motorcycle rides and trying new local restaurants. She also volunteers her time at Give Kids a Smile to help provide dental care for underprivileged children in the community.
Rosie is originally from Alabama and moved to Georgia in 2011. She attended West Georgia Technical College, where she discovered a love for dentistry and decided to pursue a career in that field. She graduated in 2016 as a certified Expanded Duties Dental Assistant and has assisted and worked as a lead dental assistant for several years. What she loves most about dentistry is educating her patients and being able to change one smile at a time.

Dr. KATHY HUBER did an amazing job on me. She is such a beautiful, kind-spirited woman. I'm so glad I made the decision to try a new dentist. I knew I would get better results from a private practice verses a franchise Corporation, but this exceeded my expectations. My biggest fear with dentists is experiencing discomfort to a point of tears (which has happened) and not being guided through the process. Dr. Huber took the beginning of her time to introduce herself, and to get to know me before she even placed her hands in my mouth. I'm sure she was trying to gauge my character and temperament, and I hope I gave her a great read. I received a thorough, new patient evaluation where she examined every inch of the inside of my mouth. As she did this I was being educated along the way. She didn't shove foreign objects in my mouth and expect me to know what to do with my jaw and tongue, nope! She told me what each instrument was used for, how it will be used, and why she chose to use on me. Her staff are just as polite and professional and I enjoyed the respect they had for one another. It didn't feel like a hostile environment and I was pleased. Thank You Dr. Huber for treating me with such respect and concern for my health.

Amazing experience. Professional and friendly staff. I would recommend this office to everyone. Took me in as a new patient within 2 hours of me calling for an appointment and resolved my toothache emergency in the one visit. Excellent dentist!!!

Heritage Family Denistry is amazing!!! Kimberly the Denral hygienist is by far the greatest, gentlest and kindness person to ever clean my teeth. Dr. Pickwick is warm and compassionate easy to talk to she explains all the procedures and options allowing the process to be patient friendly. The receptionists are extraordinary, always attentive and courteous with care and kindness. Heritage Family Denistry is just that and I feel like a extended family member. Thank you!!!

Dr.pickwick is AMAZING! she goes above and beyond to make sure your teeth are absolutely perfect. I had a HUGE facial trauma and lots of misplaced teeth, and dr.pickwick is literally the reason I can chew and feel comfortable smiling again! she is the best!

They do a great job but not honest when it comes to billing. They also busted my lip when a piece of equipment came apart in my mouth. I was bleeding like crazy. Was told that hadn't Happened in years. Lucky me. Be careful and do not allow them to have your card info. I paid half for a service I didn't really need and the other half a couple weeks later. Apparently they took it upon themselves to bill me for another $140.00 not agreed upon. That is fine but they just took it out of my bank unannounced with no communication. I disputed the charge will most likely take other action. I will no longer use these people. Update: the last of the work they did that I didn't need has crumbled. I'll go get fixed but certainly not here. They should pay for the 4 k9 teeth they screwed up.

A few months ago I began looking for a new family dentistry for our family of five. We decided to give Heritage Family Dentistry a go. My wife and I have already had our consultation and cleaning. You guys, from the front office to Dr. Pickwick my experience was excellent. The staff are incredibly helpful and are a joy to be around. I've never had a more thorough consultation as a new client than I've had with Dr. Pickwick. She's an excellent and knowledgeable dentist with a great personality. Their hygienist, Kim, gave the best cleaning I've had in years. No one is in too big of a rush to get you out the door. They take their time with their patients.

I had the most wonderful experience at Heritage Family Dentistry. Dr. Pickwick is amazing and took her time to explain everything that I needed to know about my treatment.
