Dr. Patel earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. He went on to receive further training and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veterans Affairs (VA) Hospital in Brooklyn, NY. He also completed a second year of residency through the prestigious Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. He is a member of the Columbus Dental Society, Ohio Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and American Dental Association.

I have NEVER had a dentist be so thorough, he is so good at what he does he took before and after photos of my teeth with my cleaning to show the difference. Dr. Patel and staff were beyond excellent, I really appreciated all the explaining of each and everything in the process of the visit. My daughter also had her teeth done, and she has extreme white coat anxiety, Rachel and Rhonda were so kind and patient.
